The movement of Itachi's adams apple was seen clearly by Sasuke who was intently watching him, not missing any detail, he smiled ever so slightly and mentally made a note to learn more about subtle seduction.
Itachi quickly averted his eyes. Sasuke was getting too close to him and he could do nothing about it, technically he could but he couldn't bring himself to push the weak little brother with even the slightest of force so he could only place his hand on sasuke's shoulder to maintain the current distance. Usually by this moment Sasuke would have given up and backed off but tonight he didn't do so. He just glanced at him (Itachi) with his deep onyx eyes , hiding some secrets within them. Itachi finally couldn't take it anymore and frowned with a disapproving look in his dark eyes. Sasuke decided to not to push him (Itachi) too much or this could have the opposite effect. So Sasuke gave up on closing the distance between them and backed off walking upstairs to go back to his own room. As for Itachi he just stood where he was not sure what was going on with Sasuke and what was going on with himself. He stood there for a while trying to sort out the events and whatever happened today, his own feelings about all the events that happened today and then sighed before going to kitchen to get himself a glass of water. As soon as he entered the dining area he saw the table was cleaned, he heard some noise from the kitchen so he walked in only to see Sasuke who just had gone upstairs but was here doing dishes, a shadow clone. Itachi watched as he finished his task and then poofed into smoke after nodding at him as a greeting. "I could have taken care of it.." he mumbled as he got himself a glass of water and then drank from it before heading upstairs to his room .

Back into his room Sasuke had just finished taking a bath when his shadow clone had poofed back and it's memories and experience merged with his. He sat down on his bed and stared at the ceiling, wondering if this ridiculous plan would actually work or not. It's not like he ever cared about some morals or what others would say. His sense of right and wrong had mixed and faded a long time ago. What is morally correct or morally wrong? He would never waste his time on contemplating that, what matters to him most is that he gets what he wants.
Thinking of this Sasuke slowly dried his still wet hair , then continued thinking what he should do to make his aniki's genuine and brotherly affection into something like love between lovers....hmmm? How should he lead his dear aniki astray?...

Itachi who was taking a shower and wondering what was going on in his ototou's brain would never have imagined that his brother was thinking about how to lead him astray and how to turn their pure brotherly relationship into something else. If he knew he would have wanted to immediately curse and maybe fight his brother for the innocence of their brotherly bond and relationship. Too bad that he could not read minds and could not guess what was going on in his ototou's head.

Next few days were very calm and peaceful , except that Sasuke who had previously been acting so clingy to him (Itachi) to the point of making him feel uncomfortable, had become so busy that he was barely ever home. This was making Itachi worried. Itachi wanted to do something to get rid of boredom and distract himself from always thinking about Sasuke, but he was still not allowed to work. Common people may not know it but every one in the anbu and such organisations knew about him, and his name has still not been cleared from the bingo book. It'd still take some time before his name is removed and cleared from any stain. He had heard it from lady hokage that Sasuke had some how managed to convince the international law enforcement organisation to remove him from bingo book and he had some how managed to give them the evidence of his innocence. Although he was touched but he had a nagging feeling that the means that Sasuke may have used to achieve this may not have been so uptight. But who was he to complain about all the efforts his little brother was putting into al this. Sometimes he would wonder why was he (Sasuke) even doing something so troublesome. All of the things that Sasuke had done till now, everything was so troublesome, so why go through all that....just for him? But why....even if he did it for the sake of his village, he had still killed his parents and all the clan members with his own hands...he was the sinner of the clan, he had also trapped Sasuke in that horrible genjutsu and made him go through so much pain....so why was he forgiven so easily?....why did he not hate him but instead showed him so much love, clinging to him as if his life depended on it, and treated him as if his whole world just revolved around Itachi. He didn't even realise that he was once again thinking about Sasuke.

Sasuke on the other hand was not in a good mood . He stared into the distance and tried to calm his restlessness a little. He had been deliberately keeping himself busy and not going back to his home. After deliberate thinking and reading a book or two and rethinking his own situation and thorough analysis he decided his first step should be to give his aniki some space and it'd be best if he could make his aniki think more about himself. He had read in a few books and asked a considerable amount of people to confirm that when someone falls in love with someone, they couldn't help but think about their lover every second of the day, unable to get them out of their mind. Then there's the saying that goes 'distance makes fonder' . He's not sure about the truthfulness and usefulness of these points but now that he's going along such a stupid plan he might as well try everything that could be of even the slightest help.
