Sasuke activated his rinnegan to increase his speed and reached the place where they had laid the trap for the five tails, seeing the precarious situation sasuke immediately used kunai to divert the attention of one of the two akatsuki members giving the five tails a chance to escape....

*Uchiha compound*
Itachi raised his head and 'looked' out the window, lost in thought as he washed the cabbage, the peaceful place and slightly muffled chirping of the little birds all this should have made him at peace or relaxed at the very least but he couldn't help feeling an anxious feeling in his chest making him feel a little suffocated, he continued to be absent minded till the peaceful atmosphere was disturbed by a certain blonde ninja " Itachi nii san!! He's coming back!!!" The ninja exitedly informed the black haired older ninja who 'looked' at him slightly confused for moment before realising who the blonde ninja was talking about. Itachi could feel the excitement in Naruto's voice, his usually cheery voice was higher than usual and he blabbered on about how he was going to show sasuke the new ninjutsu he had now mastered after tonnes of training, he himself felt a relief and that suffocating feeling was slowly fading as the news sank in that sasuke was coming back soon, he smiled at the blonde who was bouncing around and invited him for breakfast.
Naruto happily sat down to accompany the older Uchiha. In the past he would have never even imagined that he would ever call the older Uchiha 'nii-san', he watched the older ninja bustling about in the kitchen. If it were not for the gauge covering his (itachi's) eyes he would not believe the the older ninja could not see at the moment, his movements were so swift and easy. ' Now that I'm giving Sasuke familial love .... itachi nii san should also be considered a family?' Naruto thought as he watched Itachi easily preparing breakfast. At first he had tried to help him around with his daily tasks and food but Itachi had refused his help saying he could do it himself and he (Naruto) shouldn't worry about him.
After trying a few times Naruto finally let him (Itachi) be and always kept a shadow clone to accompany him . Although sometimes the shadow clone would poof out suddenly due to him exhausting his chakra and he would not realise it till later on, he still tried his best to accompany him.
Soon the food was on the table and Naruto and Itachi started eating.

Itachi slowly finished his breakfast as he thought about the news that the blonde ninja had just shared with him. He touched the gauge covering his eyes and remembered that his ototou had told suigetsu and other to not share any information about him (Sasuke) to him (Itachi), as he thought about it he felt curious as to why the blonde ninja would tell him about sasuke's arrival? As if guessing what he must be brooding about, the blonde ninja told him " I talked to sakura chan yesterday and she was worried that you seemed to not be feeling well, and I have also noticed that you have been spacing out a lot dattebayo..... So I figured I should give you a good news to cheer you up maybe?" . Listening to his explanation Itachi paused eating and 'looked' at him, then he smiled politely and said "thank you" in a low voice.  Naruto just flashed him a smile and finished his breakfast asking for a second serving.

Sasuke felt his vision blurring a little as he walked forward. Karin looked at him from behind  with slight worry in her eyes. Sasuke had used too much of his chakra again, even if he had a huge chakra reserve, his  consumption far exceeded his reserves, she looked down on her arm that was covered with a few bite marks and  sighed, if this continues on he would not be able to support himself for too long. Honestly the three of them should have been used to this completely different Sasuke by now but every time they thought this was it Sasuke would surprise (scare) them even more.  This past month sasuke's indifference  and disregard to everything and even to himself had become more obvious to them .
Sasuke shook his head to clear the blurry  vision and suddenly realised that he had  not taken the antidote and it was almost the ending of the third month after taking that venom. For a moment Sasuke just wanted to  not take the medicine but when thought about how he had finally managed to save his aniki how could he just die like that....after having an internal debate  and resisting the urge to not take the antidote Sasuke stopped and said " I'll be taking a detour you guys go ahead and report to the hokage and inform them about my delay."  After instructing them and getting their nod of confirmation Sasuke quickly summoned his contract snake, Aoda.
Sasuke felt a little dizzy so he chose to ride Aoda his contract snake that he could still summon after loosing  Orochimaru's  seal.  It was way faster to reach his destination, the hidden village of mist at the border of the fire nation , it was where he had hidden the three antidote tubes he had prepared back then. The antidote was greenish blue in colour and gave a faint bitter  smell of herbs and medicine. After finding the antidote and consuming one of the three tubes he gave the other two  tubes to Aoda "keep them safe, don't let anyone else find out "  he instructed to which Aoda nodded indicating that he understood " good now let's go back to the Uchiha compound " he said as he jumped onto Aoda's head . The moment he landed on Aoda's head he  felt the antidote kicking in, the excruciating pain that  he felt as soon as the antidote suppressed the venom in his body. Sasuke turned pale  and  was barely able to maintain his consciousness .
