Nocturna smiles at Steven, upon waking up in a glass chamber.

Steven smiles back.

"Steven..." said Dipper. "I don't think-..."

"Sh..." said Steven. "Nocturna. What are you planning this time?"

"I thought for a second there, you'd ask me to join your little idol group," she laughed.

Steven snaps his fingers.

A chamber next to her has its lights turned on.

She looks to her left and her eyes widen with horror. "Kenneth!" she said, worriedly. "Don't do this!"

"This guy killed Anne... This guy killed our people. And you think that this guy deserves redemption? Really?"

"Please! Whatever you're about to do! Don't do it!" she cried. "Kenneth, baby! It's gonna be okay. Are you okay?"

"A bit daft. How do you think I'm feeling...?"

"You Diamonds really piss me off," said Steven. 

"I heard about what you did to the Diamonds in your Universe," said Nocturna. "You had them arrested for their crimes. You... did things to them... Especially White..."

"I don't kill... But I'm down with exacting justice to people like you."

"You're a torturer... Please..." said Nocturna. "Don't hurt Kenneth! Hurt me!"

"No... I want something out of you and I'll get it."

"You really are a Diamond."

"STOP. SAYING THAT!!! DON'T YOU EVER SAY THAT AGAIN!!!

He snaps his fingers as Dipper hesitantly turns on the electricity and electrocutes Kenneth.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!" yelled Kenneth.

He halts them. They stop.

"Stop this!" sobbed Nocturna. "STOP IT OR I'LL SHATTER YOU!!!"

He does a go signal.

*ZAP!!!*

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-!!!"

Nocturna is about to cry. "Operation Salvation!"

Steven halts them. "And what is that?"

Nocturna bows her head and hammers the ground. 

"Speak or I will continue hurting your boyfriend. I'm DONE TALKING with you Diamonds!"

"First... it's Burnham. Then... It's the Philippines... Later... the world... We're planning to unleash calamity in the city and destroy the government with our newest creation... The Monster Empress... But... we twisted her. Instead of ruling all Cryptids... She is here to bring anarchy."

"Well... 'Empress' is kind of an ironic name for an anarchist-..." said Soos.

"Shush!" yelled Steven.

"The quarantine... We knew you'd do it. And when you let the city out... She will be unleashed into the world..."

"Why'd you have her trapped then?"

"So that you'd enter... and we'd kill all of you... One by one... You'd send every hero... and sooner or later... No one would stand against Grandpa Bill... Now, please... Let go of Kenneth."
