Jiang Cheng looked at the two men in front of him with distaste. He had nothing against them both being men, no, of course not. As long as his brother was happy, I mean he had to put up with Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji for who knows how long until that disaster finally settled (the two aren't on speaking terms). No, the thing he had a probably with was how cuddly and affectionate they were openly and they had to choose to do it in front of him.
[Y/N] and Jin Zixuan held each other in the others arms closely. They were all heart eyes, smiles, and drunken giggles.
"Could you please not?" Jiang Cheng hissed.
[Y/N] rolled his eyes and stuck his tongue out. "Oh A-Cheng no need to be so sour. It's not my fault you're blacklisted!" He emphasized on the word 'my'. "You did that all on your own, don't go glaring at me like I had something to do with it!"
Jiang Cheng frowned and rolled his eyes. His brother was soooo dramatic. 'Wei Wuxian must have rubbed off on him too much...'
"Lets go inside, alright? The conference is going to start soon. Father doesn't want us to be late." Jin Zixuan cut in, glancing briefly at the Jiang heir who looked at him coldly. He shivered and turned back to his lover. "I could get you some of your favorite tea?" The Jin suggested, just wanting to be anywhere but there. The Jiang's glare wasn't helping at all. He swore he was sweating bullets.
[Y/N] thought for a moment. "I could go for some tea.. Do you think Huaisang is here yet? I wanted to ask him about the tea he had served last time.." The [H/C] haired male trailed off as he and Jin Zixuan walked off, the Jin listening intently and putting in a couple words every once in a while.
"Oh aren't they just adorable?" A Nie lady spoke softly, staring at the couple lovingly. "They are so cute! I wish my husband treated me like that.."
"Oh yes.. I just adore their relationship!" A Jin women commented, sighing dreamily.
"I wish my wife would treat me like that.." A Jiang commented and then was elbowed sharply by a Jiang women next to him. "If you weren't such an idiot maybe I would!" The Jiang man groaned and rubbed his side. "Your so violent woman..." He grumbled. The Jiang scoffed and rolled her eyes. "Thats why you married me!"
"They have such a pure love.." An elder commented. A younger teen next to them nodded, secretly wanting a love like what Jiang [Y/N] and Jin Zixuan had.
Many adored what the two had. It was just pure love. Something that was rare these days with all the arranged marriages going around like a fever.
"Oh A-Cheng.." Jiang Yanli murmured softly. She walked over and stood next to her younger brother, gently holding his arm. "Aren't they just the cutest?"
"A-Jie.." Jiang Cheng trailed off, not knowing how to continue.
Yanli shook her head softly and looked at the couple who was now arguing over something silly mournfully. They were already acting like an old married couple (I mean they have the married part down-). "I have already moved on A-Cheng.. Do not worry about me.. I am glad to see that A-[Y/N] is finally happy..."
Jiang Cheng and searched his sisters face for any sign of lies but he found none. She was telling the truth.
"I am happy with just being friends with him.. I have met someone special.." She trailed off wistfully. "Come on A-Cheng, the conference will be starting soon. I heard it will be big." Yanli smiled gently and pulled him along with her. He managed a small smile. At least they were finally all happy, at peace. (for now... hehe...)
[Y/N] smiled as Jin Zixuan twirled him around before pulling him close. Their hands were interlocked and their faces were only inches apart. [Y/N] laughed quietly as the Jin simply stared lovingly into [Y/N]'s [E/C] eyes. They pulled him in and he always had trouble looking away once he started.
"I love you."
Jin Zixuan smiled, nothing else mattered. For all they cared, they were the only ones in the room; they only ones left on the planet.
"I love you too."
