"Ugh it's been forever since we've been able to spend time together!" [Y/N] sighed.
Lan Qiren's eyes twitched. "Why must it be in a forest?"
"Eh- Forest?" [Y/N] looked around dumbly before realizing what the Lan meant. He laughed awkwardly. "Oh.. I didn't realize... We can always go somewhere else if you want-"
Lan Qiren sighed.
"Whats with the sighing?" [Y/N] frowned a little. "Is it because I look younger than you? Or is it because I look younger than my age?"
"Oh shut up about that." Lan Qiren huffed. "I'm not that old!"
"Of course not!" [Y/N] nodded quickly. "You just look older." He quickly ducked as Lan Qiren swatted at him.
"Don't try and hit your husband! Thats abuse!" [Y/N] hissed, glaring.
"Oh sorry I thought you liked that." Qiren deadpanned.
[Y/N] coughed hard, borderline choking. "yOu-"
Lan Qiren smirked, crossing his arms as he leaned against a tree. "What? Don't get mad at me for stating something that is completely and utterly true."
[Y/N] was not scared. Definitely not. "Who are you and what have you done with my Qiren?"
The older Lan glared. "Don't pull that. You do this all the time." He smirked, eyes narrowing. "Consider this payback."
[Y/N] blushed heavily, trying (and failing) to keep his angry facade up. "Sh-shut up!"
Wei Wuxian, who had clearly had been minding his own business and was just wanting to take a peaceful walk through the forest to clear his head before getting drunk again, had stumbled across the mystery [Y/N] and Lan Qiren. He, being the curious creature he is, decided to stay and eavesdrop.
He regretted it yet didn't at the same time.

Wei Wuxian crept away, sensing things were going to get a lot heated than they already were. He held his nose as blood seeped through his fingers and dribbled down his hand and arm.
He totally needed more blackmail... and some bleach... This Lan Qiren.. just isn't right...
