Hello everyone, this is Ray Chiu and I'm here for this Yu-gi-oh Arc-V fanfic. The story is based on Arc-V, but the main plot will be related to the past three stories: GX, 5Ds, and Zexal. Zarc won't be the final boss, and there are going to be a lot of OCs. And even though the world split into 4 dimensions, Zarc and Ray's souls will be in their standard counterparts while the body split into 4. Another thing in the story is that Yuya will be likely to switch his deck to those of the main protagonists from the GX, 5Ds, and Zexal. Their characters will also appear in the story and the plot will be longer. Now let's get into the story.
Our main protagonist, Sakaki Yuya, is dueling against his friend Gongenzaka Noboru. Gongenzaka stands firmly beside Superheavy Samurai Waka-O2 and Superheavy Samurai Sword-999, with 2600 Life Points remaining.
"I release Superheavy Samurai Waka-O2 and Superheavy Samurai Sword-999 to Advance Summon Superheavy Samurai Big Ben-K!" (ATK:1000/DEF:3500/Level 8)
A warrior clad in massive orange armor crashes onto the field. Gongenzaka spreads his arms wide and roars, "Come on, Yuya! Face the man Gongenzaka in a one-on-one duel!"
From behind a nearby pagoda, a familiar voice echoes: "Ladies and gentlemen!"
It's none other than Sakaki Yuya, leaping into view while riding his Entermate Discover Hippo.
"I activate the Quick-Play Spell, Hippo Carnival! It's showtime!" Yuya declares, as three brightly-colored Hippo Tokens materialize and begin to dance around the arena.
Gongenzaka's jaw drops. His irritation grows as the tokens waddle and jiggle in unison. "What? Are you kidding me?"
Meanwhile, inside the control room, three people are watching the duel unfold. At the console sits Hiiragi Yuzu, her eyes fixed on the screen. Standing beside her is a boy with brown hair wearing a black shirt with a rainbow design, cyan pants, and dark shoes—Hiiragi Ryu, Yuzu's older brother. Against the wall leans a girl with striking red-and-green hair like Yuya's. She wears a red shirt with a white cape-like jacket, a red skirt, dark stockings, and pink boots. Around her neck hang two pendants resembling Yuya's, one pink and the other red. She is Sakaki Yuni, Yuya's younger sister.
Ryu glances at her and mutters, "Looks like he's not playing seriously again."
Yuni shrugs lightly. "Honestly, I'm not that surprised."
"Geez, Yuya! Stop goofing around and duel seriously!" Yuzu snaps, slamming her fist on the keyboard in frustration. To her horror, the equipment sparks and begins to malfunction.
"Yuzu?! What did you just do?!" Ryu shouts in panic.
"Leave it to me!" Yuni pushes Yuzu aside, trying to stabilize the controls—but it's already too late.
At that moment, Hiiragi Shuzo, father of Yuzu and Ryu, bursts into the room. "Yuzu, what on earth are you doing?!"
"I'm sorry, Dad!" Yuzu cries.
"If this system goes down, my hot-blooded coaching—and the entire Solid Vision—will shut off!" Shuzo bellows.
Back in the dueling room, Yuya raises a hand dramatically. "Now it's time to show the specialty of You Show Duel School's Entertainment Du—!" But before he can finish, the Solid Vision collapses. His monsters vanish, and Yuya himself falls flat onto the arena floor.
From the sidelines, a blue-haired boy, Tatsuya, watches with concern.
"Oww..." Yuya groans, rubbing his head. Catching Tatsuya's worried gaze, Yuya forces himself upright and flashes a goofy face to reassure him.
