After the duel with Sora, the Sakaki household was unusually lively. Yuya, Yuni, Vivian, and Yuzu had pulled out blankets and pillows across the living room floor, snacks scattered on the table as they talked late into the night.
Laughter filled the air—until a sudden knock at the door made everyone pause.
Yuya tilted his head. "Who would be coming to our house this late?"
He walked over and slid the door open. His eyes widened. "Reisho? What are you doing here?"
Standing on the porch was Akaba Reisho, tall and composed as always, a black car parked behind him.
"Hello, Yuya," Reisho greeted. "I need you and Yuni to come to the office. We have a serious problem that requires your assistance."
Yuya groaned, shoulders slumping. "Seriously? Yuzu's having a sleepover at our house. Do you really need us to come right now? At night?"
Reisho's voice carried a calm but firm weight. "Academia could attack at any time. That's why we must stay alert. The problem we face is connected to them." Then, almost as an afterthought, he added, "I also heard you adopted a new sister into the family. Congratulations."
Yuya blinked, deadpan. "Do you really need to change topics that fast?" he muttered, before sighing. "Fine. I'll call Yuni."
He knocked on Yuni's door. Inside, she was chatting with Yuzu and Vivian about the duel.
"Brother? What's the matter?" Yuni peeked out, curious.
"Akaba Reisho wants us to go to LDS right now," Yuya explained. "He even brought a car for us."
Yuni sighed, standing. Vivian tilted her head. "Who's Reisho?"
Yuzu straightened, recognition flashing in her eyes. "He's our friend... but I haven't seen him in years..."
Beside her, Ray froze at the name. "My brother is here?!" she gasped. "It's been so many years since I last saw him!"
Since none of them had changed into pajamas yet, they hurried out to the front door together.
Reisho offered a polite nod. "Yuzu, it's nice to see you again."
Yuzu's eyes narrowed, and without hesitation, she smacked him across the head with her paper fan. "Where have you been? You haven't visited us in years!"
"Sorry..." Reisho rubbed his head sheepishly, a faint smile tugging at his lips. "I had business outside of Maiami City. That's why I wasn't around."
Yuni folded her arms, stepping forward. "Reisho, Vivian and Yuzu already know about the Four Dimensions. There's no point hiding anything from them."
Reisho straightened, his composure returning as he turned to Vivian. "So you're Yuya and Yuni's new sister. It's nice to meet you."
Vivian blinked at his formal tone, then shrugged and extended her hand. "Okay."
They shook hands as Yuya muttered under his breath, "Couldn't this have waited until morning..."
The group climbed into the sleek black car, the doors shutting with a muted thud. The city lights blurred outside the tinted windows as the car pulled away from the Sakaki home.
Yuzu shifted uneasily in her seat. "So... why are we going to LDS? I mean, can we even get inside LDS as visitors?"
Reisho glanced at her calmly, folding his hands. "You don't need to worry. After all, Leo Corporation is a company owned by both of our fathers—Akaba Leo and Sakaki Yusho. Since they went missing, my brother and I have served as presidents of the company."
