Sophia's POV
Tony and I were having dinner in his dining room. We decided to take a night off today and just talk and spend time together not working. We have been laughing and remembering the things we used to do when we were kids.
Well. When I was a kid and he was a teenager.
-I swear that sometimes I just wanted to destroy that house of yours.- He said while taking a sip of his wine, laughing.
-What? Why? It was a great house.- I said, indignation dripping from my voice towards him. My little doll house in the yard was the best thing I had when I was a kid. Well, sorta.
-Because everytime I went to visit, you would try and make me get inside and for being a grown man, I didn't fit and I didn't like it.- Tony said as he shook his head.
And he was right, I would always try and make him get in when he went to visit me. And I would also try and make him play tea-party with me. He didn't enjoy it.
-But still, you did.- I said to him with a smile as I took a sip of my wine as well.
-Of course I did. You were happy and if you were happy, then I didn't mind it.- Tony said as he looked at me. I smiled.
I was about to answer when I got a call.
Michael.
-Are you going to pick it up?.- Tony asked me as I watched the phone in my hands. Truth is I was eager to answer and hear Michael's voice. I missed him like crazy. But I was hesitating because I was afraid he would be all serious and weird again.
-Yeah, I will.- I said as I picked up. Tony took out his own phone and started to check things in it. -Hello?.- I said and waited for Mickey's response on the other side.
-Hey, baby. How are ya?.- I heard his voice, chippier and more happy. I smiled.
-Hey my love. I'm okay, and you? How are things going?.- I asked him, playing with my napkin in the meantime.
-Everything is fine. Actually, I was going to call you to tell you I might be arriving sometime this week. Maybe on Thursday.- Michael said and I smiled.
He was finally coming back, after a long time now of not seeing each other. My heart felt happy and full of joy at the moment. I wanted to have him in my arms again, hold him close to me, kissing me. I turned to look at Tony only to see that he was gone. I didn't even notice when he left. I shrugged. Maybe he didn't want to listen to his little sister's call.
-That's amazing. I can't wait for it.- I said, smiling so hard that I surely looked like the Cheshire cat.
-Me neither, I can't wait to--. Once again, almost like in every call, interference came through and I let out an exasperated sigh.
-Mickey? Can you hear me?.- I asked him. When I looked back up, Tony was at the table again, with the little screws doll Michael had gotten him. He gave me a signal and asked me to thank Mickey for it.
-Yes, yes I can no-w Bu-t not t-too much.- Michael said, a little cutted.
-Tony says thank you for the little doll.- I said smiling but again, the interference didn't allow me to listen to Mickey properly.
-No problem. He-y I'll call you back later, okay? I think I might need to fix my phone.- Mickey said and I agreed completely.
-Sure, talk to you later. Bye.- I said as I hung up.
