                                                                                 (Ciara's POV)

It's day five of Indigo's and I's honeymoon. So far we have been enjoying it. We went to the Maldives. It isn't too far a flight from the UK. It is very pretty. It is also very relaxing which was much needed.

I am thankful that Indigo chose me to be her life partner. I can be stubborn and have my moments. Everyone has rough days but having a partner by your side makes those days easier. I love her and she loves me the same way.

Right now the two of us are on the beach drinking some pina coladas while our feet splash in the water. "it is gorgeous. We chose the right place." Indigo tells me.

"We did choose the right place." I say as I take a sip of my drink. "It is gorgeous but not as gorgeous as you."

She blushes. Even though we have been a couple for four years she still gets that pink tint when I compliment her. And every time I compliment her I mean it. "Thank you. You are always sweet even now." She says taking a sip of her drink.

I look at her. She is the most gorgeous woman I have ever met. "You are welcome love. I will always be as sweet as I can be to you. I love you."

She smiles, finishing her drink. "I appreciate it. I love you too." She states.

I finish my drink and stand up. "Care to go swimming?" I ask.

She stands up. "Of course. I'll race you." She says before running into the water.

I run in after her. She beats me by a second. I roll my eyes at her playfully. "Damn. You beat me by a second." I state.

She laughs. "I did." She says. "And since you lost you should kiss me." She says.

"That I gladly can do." I say as I pull her to me and press my lips to hers. She kisses me back with a smirk. I notice her shivering as we kiss from how cold the water is. I wrap my arms around her as we kiss.

She pulls back for a second. "God I fucking love you." She states.

I smirk. "I love you too. The fucking we can do later in our hotel room." I wink before swimming off.

She swims off after me. I can feel her roll her eyes at me. When she catches up to me, I swim away again. The water is nice and relaxing for us. I still swim with a shirt on because of my scars from my top surgery. Having that surgery was the right decision and I'm more confident than I was before that. I still don't want strangers to see it. I shared it with the fans. I think it's important to share parts of my transition with them. I want our non-binary and trans fans to feel comfortable and that who are they are is valid.

After a while I get out of the water and start to dry off. A moment later, she joins me and starts to dry off. "That was nice." She says.
