"I'm done with my work, and I want to explain myself personally. Can I go to you?" I can hear the helplessness in his voice kaya naman mas lalo kong gustong malaman kung ano ba ang nangyari.
"Sure, I'm at Galeries Lafayette. Call me if you're here. Drive safe, I love you."
"I love you too always." I said goodbye and ended the call. I ran my hands in my face and stood up. "Let's go." I told Red.
"Where do you want to eat?" Tumayo siya dala dala ang pinamili namin
"May rooftop restaurant sila dito, let's eat there. And there's someone joining us pala." I told him after we rode the elevator to go to the rooftop.
"Who?" He asked me but nodded.
"Caelum?" He made a shocked sound and looked at me with wide eyes.
"Hala ka! Lagot ka sa kuya mo! Isusumbong kita!" Nilapag niya sa sahig ang pinamili namin at kinuha ang phone niya. Agad ko namang hinablot yung cellphone niya at sinamaan siya ng tingin.
"Walangya ka!" Sabi ko sa kaniya. Tumawa naman siya ng pakalakas lakas, buti nalang kami lang dalawa sa elevator.
"HAHHAHAHAH nauna ko pang nalaman sa kuya mo, nako Asteria, lagot ka sa kuya mo pag nalaman niya. Pero di naman na ako nagtaka na boyfriend mo si Caelum." Nagtaka naman ako sa sinabi niya at tatanungin dapat siya pero nauna na lumabas ng elevator si Red at kumausap ng staff ng restaurant.
We were seated at the end part of the rooftop kaya naman maganda yung view. We ordered the food and waited for Caelum and food to arrive.
"Pero honestly, I'm not shocked with you and Caelum, and I believe your Kuya knows as well." Muntik ko na mabuga sa kaniya ang iniinom kong tubig. Tinawanan niya ako at inabutan ng tissue.
I thanked him and wiped my mouth. "How?" Tanong ko.
"Ri, anyone with a pair of working eyes can see how Caelum adores you. I've seen Caelum for a long time and never did I see him treating other people how he treats you." My heart and cheeks warmed because of what he said. I nodded and stayed silent.
There was a peaceful silence between us two. Red and Kuya Lucas were my two guardian angels ever since I was a child. Mas maraming beses pa ngang natulog si Red sa bahay namin kesa sa bahay nila. Kuya and Red para na silang magkapatid. Feeling ko nga kapatid niya si Red kesa sakin eh. Pero I'm really thankful for both of them.
My phone rang and I saw Caelum's name.
"I'm here." He told me.
"Okay, we're on the rooftop. We ordered already, I ordered your favorite. Do you want to order something else?" I asked him and I heard him laughing at the other side.
"Wala na po. Wait lang paakyat na ako." Natawa ako sa sinabi niya at pati yung lalaki sa harap ko ay nakikitawa. Tinaasan ko siya ng middle finger at pinigilan naman niya yung tawa niya.
