A/N: Hey, you guys!!

I'm back with next chapter!!

Who's happy?

Chapter 20:

Lucy grabbed her purse, skipped out the door to her apartment without a shoe.

Running back in to get it, she saw that she'd left her phone in as well.

After getting everything and double checking, she ran outside again, feeling her phone vibrate in her skirt pocket.

She knew it would be Levy wondering why she was late. Again.

Lucy groaned as she ran down the pavement of one of the streets of Magnolia, the beautiful almost peaceful town that she lived in.

All she had to do now was make it to the shoe store just down the block. Erza and the others would wait for her there in a car.

It was Saturday, the day of Juvia's competition, and Lucy knew that they would all be late thanks to her.

It was a good thing, then, that Juvia had left on her own earlier that morning.

Lucy was more than out of breath when she finally saw the red, shiny car parked elegantly at the curb.

She tumbled in, breathing hard, "Hey!"

Levy tilted her head to the side, "Lu, you're late."

"I know. I am so sorry."

"That's all right." Mirajane smiled from the passenger seat in the front.

"Yes." Erza said grabbing the wheel, "We'll still make it in time."

Lucy only had time to grab the seat belt with one hand before the car jolted violently into motion.

-----------------------

Lyon Vastia raked a hand through his silky, silver hair.

He was at the inter-school competition with his friend, Sherry blendy, and a few other school mates.

A certain student from his school was competing and Lyon and the others had come over to support and cheer him on.

The kids who studied with him were bonded extremely well together and it was clear to everyone else at the competition that the students of Lamia Scale thought that their school was the best.

Lyon spoke to his headmistress politely, seeking to go see the student who was competing to give him a final word of encouragement.

The lady consented knowing that Lyon, the gentleman that he was, would not cause any problems.

"Hurry back, Lyon." Sherry called from her seat.

"I will," Lyon replied in his calm, collected way before sliding his hands into his pockets and walking down to the pool.

He made his way down to the water and addressed his friend before turning around to get back to his seat.

Lyon hadn't taken two steps before he saw the most beautiful, blue haired, angel descend delicately into the water.

Things seemed to go silent around him and the only thought on his mind was go over to talk to her.

Lyon's legs moved on their own taking him to where he wanted to go.

He bent over on reaching the pretty girl who was already in the water.

"Excuse me."

She turned to look at him with blue eyes framed over by long lashes.

"Yes?" Her voice caught him off guard.

He opened his mouth to stutter but was saved by an interruption.

"Lyon?"

Lyon Vastia would never forget the voice of a childhood friend.

Specially not one who had tutored with him for a long, long time.

He looked up from where he sat crouched on the floor to look at the devilishly handsome man the little kid had grown into.

"Gray."
