Lyon Vastia sunk into a low couch by the wall.

Raking a hand through his silver white hair, the ever dapper man glanced around the room.

His fellow school mates sat or stood around, talking away.

Tapping a finger on his watch, the ice mage sighed.

He couldn't get his mind off Juvia and his heart was slowly breaking.

Damn Gray.

That boy was the least deserving of all to seal the feelings of such a sweet goddess.

At first Lyon had been optimistic about his chances with Juvia, but when you were infatutated with a particular person, you tended to notice how they acted around others a little too closely.

No inspection had been needed to understand the way Juvia changed when Gray Fullbuster was around.

It was as though all her senses were being overwhelmed by the boy just standing there.

Lyon suppressed the building irritation in his chest.

No use lashing out at Gray if it would hurt Juvia.

Forgetting love was something Lyon had difficulty with.
