Day One: The Tests

The last chapter I put up was kinda upsetting since it seems that Wattpad didn't notify anyone about it...

Really sad since I actually updated and was feeling rather proud of myself...

I might get a little more active around here since I have no priorities and classes are starting to bore me...

Chapter 89:

Erza charged through the glass doors of the school.

The audacity of that boy the previous night.

Her hands twitched once as a disapproving frown settled into her pretty face.

Any other human being would have died a horrifying death for daring to attack her. She'd had to control herself with this one.

A student from another school attacking her out of the blue just before the Tests meant that he would be essential in tracking the vandals behind her school's property damage and the violent dealing of the First Master.

Thinking about the delicate blond, Erza quickened her pace, turning on her heel to stride briskly toward the Nurse's main office.

The redhead knocked once.

"Come in."

She shivered slightly when she heard Jellal's rich tone, hesitating at the door.

"Just get in already," Erik seemed to mutter from inside the room.

Erza let her hand graze her skirt quickly before she opened the door to enter.

Jellal and his team sat around Porlyusica's desk.The woman did not look too happy either.

"Erza!" Levy waved with a grin from her place on a couch, Pantherlily wrapped into her arms, "Good morning."

"Good Morning, Levy," Erza smiled before letting her eyes roam the room once.

Jellal looked like he was in a good mood, "Won't you take a seat, Erza? We got here a few minutes ago ourselves. Day One of the Magic Council's Tests..."

Erza nodded quickly before finding a space to sit between a tall Gajeel and a smiling Meredy.

The pretty re-equip mage did her best to avoid eye-contact with Levy, Kinana and Cana.

She hadn't exactly told her girlfriends about Jellal and she wasn't sure what they would do if they found out.

Mirajane hadn't seen Erza after the incident and for that, the brave warrior was grateful.

Meredy pouted from beside her, "Why're we all so early again? Aren't we supposed to get to that new Arena or whatever only an hour later than we are now?"

Gajeel grunted, "Cut Lily's spar in half..."

Jellal raised a hand before the others began to murmur as well, "My apologies for the inconvenience. We were to gather only ten minutes before the actual Tests but a few incidents have occurred. These could very well alter our actions and plans for the next few days..."
