'Its been a while since I've been in an arcade !' Lilly said smiling while stepping out of Steve's car.
She was walking with the both of them towards the entrance of the arcade.
And Lilly and Robin sat down at a booth while Steve got them all drinks.
Lilly was sitting in the booth looking around, before finally settling down next to Robin.
'So...' Lilly started.
'You and Steve a thing?' she said while looking at Steve back while he was waiting for the drinks.
Robin almost chocked on her spit.
'Excuse me?' Robin said still trying to catch her breath.
'Well I don't know ! ' Lilly said
'You hang out all the time, work together and brings and picks you up from school.' Lilly said.
'Yeah, we're best friends.' Robin said.
'Nothing more.'
'Okay okay' Lilly said raising her hands up.
She saw Steve coming back to the table with a few drinks.
He scooted in the booth next to Lilly and the three of them picked up a drink.
Lilly was talking about her life in Indianapolis and that she was grateful they were so nice to her, and show her around.
When the door of the arcade opened and a few teens came in.
'Ooh Steve your children are here' Robin said trying to hold in her laugh.
Steve looked at Robin over the table and almost kicked her.
'Steve! How come you didn't tell me you were here?' A curly haired teen asked him.
The teen scooted next to him on the bench and even took his drink.
Taking a sip.
'Hey hey Hey!' Steve said while grabbing the drink from him.
To which the boy raised his hands.
'Hey Steve.' The others said while walking over to their table.
'How old are these kids?' Lilly scooted closer to Robin to ask her.
'These kids.' Robin said out loud.
'Are Steve's friends , and kinda mine?' Robin said with a small smirk.
'I don't actually know how old they all are.' Robin admitted.
'But the curly one is Dustin.' Robin started introducing them.
Dustin looked over to Robin and Lilly and smiled revealing braces, while sticking his hand up to say Hi.
'The dark haired one is Mike.'
Mike raised his hand to salute a hello.
'And the girl is Max' Robin added.
Max raised her chin to say hello, she was holding a skateboard.
'Where's Lucas?' Robin asked the group.
'He's been at basketball practice like always.' Dustin said.
'But who are you?' Max sharply said looking at Lilly.
'That's Lilly.' Steve started.
'She's the daughter of my dad's new girlfriend.' He added.
'Ouch.' Dustin softly said.
'What was that Henderson?' Steve said tackling the curly haired teen.
Lilly smirked.
'This is kinda cute.' Lilly said smiling.
'Love your skateboard by the way.' Lilly said looking at Max.
She nodded and mouthed her thanks.
'And you both.' Lilly said looking at Dustin and Mike.
'What are those shirts your wearing?' she was sipping from her drink looking at their baseball shirts with some kind of demon printed on them.
'What does it say, hellfire?' Lilly added.
'Oh yeah.' Mike said looking at his shirt.
'It's our D&D group.' Dustin added.
'D&D?' Lilly said.
'Like Dungeon and Dragons?'
Dustin was about to explain what it was when he looked at Lilly.
And just answered 'yes it is.'
'Do you know it?' Mike asked.
'I do actually.' Lilly said.
'I played it once with a few friend back in Indianapolis.'
'Cool!' Dustin answered with a huge smile on his face.
'But Lilly we need to go, or my dad will kill us both for being late. And me twice.' Steve said pushing Dustin out of the booth. And climbing over it.
'Want a ride home Robin or?' Steve said while pulling Lilly out of the booth.
'Oh no it's fine I'll walk with Dustin, he lives close by.' She answered.
'Have it your way.
I'll see you tomorrow okay? ' Steve said and he said bye to everyone.
Lilly followed behind him.
'It was cool to meet you all, hope I'll see you again.' Lilly said with a smile as she stepped up to catch up with Steve.
