Epilogue pt. 2

Yiyeong

I got out of the toilet after washing my hands and I walked back to the kitchen I heard Sena talking to her father and I quickly hid behind the wall. "Appa, it has been 3 years that you guys have been married but where is the baby? Did you even try to have one?"

Why is this kid so direct? Bang Sena used to be the one who disliked me out of the three of them and I could not get along with her at all I thought that it was the hardest thing for me. It took a miracle for her to start liking me and see my good intentions for her and she even apologized for what she had done to us before and she started calling me Yiyeong Omma as well even though there is no need to.

I am only 7 years older than her and I could be her older sister if I wasn't married to her father but the fact that she decided to call me her second mother is her way of telling me that she had accepted me as her stepmother and she even wanted me to be her real mother at some point.

And I treat them like they are my real children and I love each of them unconditionally, making sure that they are well protected under my care and no one will come for them thinking that they are weak and vulnerable. But I have never thought that Sena would be wanting a younger sibling after her youngest brother Sehyun,

Sehyun is almost 14 years younger than her and I thought that she would not want any more younger siblings because she is already an adult and it will be weird for her to be seen with a young child out in public and people will think that it is her child and not her younger sister or brother.

And having a child is not something that I would like to have immediately after marriage and I married Yongguk oppa for love and security, he is a much older man but he is someone who will make sure that I feel protected by him, the same way that I treat the three children.

"Sena, do you want to get hit in the head? Don't ask these kinds of stuff and get out of the house." Yongguk oppa said to her and she let out an annoyed sigh before taking her stuff and going off to school.

I appeared in the kitchen a few seconds later to make it seem like I was in the toilet for a while and I only came out just earlier and I didn't hide behind a wall to hear everything.

"Yiyeong, what time do your classes end today?" He asked me.

"I don't have any classes today, I am going to the arts and craft store to pick up some art supplies and I will be buying groceries as well," I told him my entire plan for today.

"I will join you at the art supplies store if you are still there in the afternoon, I will be having a half day off." He said to me.

"You don't take any half days off, and you don't have anything to do either," I said to him, that it is true that he is an extreme workaholic and he doesn't have any work friends or anyone that he can have a drink.

The only person that he ever hangs out with is Namjoon ssi and he is part of the family he is happily married to Yongguk oppa's younger sister, HaEun Unnie.

"Going out on a date with you is considered something that I have to do and no one can reject my half-day leave." He said and my cheeks started heating up and he smirked in response. "Just give me a call when you are heading there and I will be there as soon as possible."

He takes a look at the time on his watch and he stands up, taking his valuables with him and I walked with him to the door where I would kiss him on the cheek and tell him to take care. "See you later, Oppa."

What is with him? He usually doesn't take any time off from work and he would rather go to work than report sick to work, he will drag his entire body there than lay down in bed and rest for the day. But he is asking me to go on a date with him and he will be there picking up the art supplies with me, he usually doesn't get in the way of my job and he does help me out sometimes but most of the time I am doing it on my own.

Did he happen to know that I happened to listen?  That could not be, the both of them knew that I was going to the toilet and Sena waited for that perfect moment to ask her father if he didn't want me to listen, and he told his daughter off and told her to stop spouting nonsense.

And he knows that 3 children are enough for him to be this stressed over work and having to provide for all of them, it would be a tough decision for him to want to have another child and that has got nothing to do with his age at all. It would be 4 children if I decide to have a child and there will be a chance of having a 5th one as well so it will be a little hard on the finances.

I got ready to go to the art supplies store and I called him, telling him that I am leaving for the store and he tells me that he is leaving work soon. I got to the art supplies store and he is already there with his hands behind his back he is just staring into space when I called his name and he turned to look at me, giving me a bright smile. "Han Yiyeong!"
