I beamed from ear to ear as I sat down at the back seat of my father's car and my Yiyeong Omma is here with us as well, we are going to my kindergarten's family fun day for the first time ever and I am so excited about it. My teacher told me that it is a fun place to be at and I can be with my 2 favourite people other than my older siblings, I am here with my father and my Yiyeong Omma whom I liked a lot.

I am happy that she is here with me today, even though I know that she is not my mother and she is not allowed to be here because she is not my mother and she is not married to my father and being his wife. I only know that she wants to be here and I begged my teacher to allow her to be here to take part with me and my father, I know that my father is very busy and he can't take care of me like before and my older siblings are all busy with school, and he can't take a day off to bring me here to have fun.

So I pleaded my teacher that I really wanted to be here but she said that I would have to bring my parents here because it is a family fun event and it is an event that I play games with my parents, and YiYeong Omma is not family, at least to everyone but me. She is just a stranger to my family although she is taking care of me all the time ever since my father allowed her to be in charge of taking care of me.

She has been taking care of me ever since I met her for the first time and I really like her, I really want her to be my mother and be part of my family but she is not, my older sister doesn't like her and she said to me that she hates Yiyeong Omma and she is not our mother and she is just a babysitter who is being paid by my father. My older brother, on the other hand, didn't say anything about Yiyeong Omma and he seemed okay with almost everything in his life, it is not like I get to see him every day because he is always busy with his badminton practices.

I really wanted her to be here with us and for my father to spend time with me for once because he is always busy working and he doesn't have time for me at all, I decided to tell one white lie to my teachers one day after Yiyeong Omma had dropped me off at school. I told my teachers that YiYeong Omma is my real mother and she was my father's wife as well just so that she will be able to take part in the event and my father will come and well, it is a very little lie and I am happy that my teacher believed it.

And now we are going to take part in the family fun event with my family because of my little lie, my little lie that would make me happy just for today and everything would go back to normal after today. Yiyeong Omma will only be Yiyeong Omma and she will not be my mother anymore but I am happy that she would be treated like my real mother for just one day, one day is enough for me to be happy and I don't want anything else.

"Sehyun, good morning!" My teacher greeted me as soon as we got out of the car, Yiyeong Omma was holding onto my right hand and my father was holding onto the left. "Good Morning, Mr and Mrs Bang!" She said to my parents, Mrs Bang is such a fitting title for Yiyeong Omma even though she is only going to be my mother for just a day.

The entire morning was fun because I liked everything there, not only because I enjoyed the activities they have there but the time that I got to spend with my Yiyeong Omma and my father, it is as if we are the only family there and we are the most important people in there. I don't ever want to forget this beautiful moment that we are having and I am going to remember this moment for the rest of my life even if I grow up in the future, today is the best day for me.

"Sehyun, you feeling okay?" Yiyeong Omma asked me when I am done running for the previous event, it is a 50-meter dash and I am supposed to be popping balloons with Yiyeong Omma and my father. We finished 3rd place and it is the first event that I got top 3, I am really happy about that. "Come here for a moment so that I can wipe your sweat, you are sweating way too much."

I nodded as I allowed her to wipe my sweat away from my face, today is very tiring but with Yiyeong Omma and my father around, I feel like I can do anything and not feel tired at all. "Omma, I am not tired at all. And I am happy that we got 3rd place, that means that we can get a medal and a picture taken."

I was told by my classmates that we can have our picture taken if we get top 3 for any event and I want to have that, I would finally have the chance to have a family portrait with Yiyeong Omma as the mother and my father as her husband. I will finally be able to tell everyone that I have a mother and a happy family, and I have the evidence to tell them that I have a mother who loves me a lot.

My father smiles, it has been a while since he has done that. "We will definitely get a lot of medals and have a lot of pictures taken, but have your lunch first so that you can have more energy later on."

I sat down and YiYeong Omma fed me the food that she prepared for me and my father and it was delicious, just like the other days but it is much more delicious because we are eating the same food and being like a family. I really don't want this day to end, if I could I would like this day to stay like this and stop time right at this moment.
