I carried tired Bang Sehyun on my shoulders as I made my way to his father's car where he was waiting for the both of us, I placed Sehyun in the baby car seat and made sure that he is secured safely with the buckles and I closed the door. I then opened the front doors and slipped inside where Mr Bang is just sitting next to me, his hands on the steering wheel and his eyes are fixated towards his sleeping child.

"We can go now, Mr Bang," I told him as I tried to buckle my seatbelt once again and this time, without any hesitation, Mr Bang reached for my seatbelt and helped me wear my seatbelt, I really have a thing against seatbelts and the buckles and I hate it when someone has to fix it for me. "Thank you, Mr Bang. I really don't know how to wear seatbelts, I have always taken the back seat and I don't really need to wear any seatbelts for that."

"Then you have to start wearing them since you'll be travelling with me and my other children more often from now on. The older ones will mock you for not knowing how to buckle seatbelts and I don't think that you will want to get laughed at by them."

I then realized that I only have 2 weeks left till my resignation from this temporary job, it seemed like yesterday that I have been approached by Mr Bang himself that he wanted me to take care of his children after seeing how I have handled Sehyun all by my own and he trusted me out of all the experienced babysitters in the nation to take care of his children at a reduced price.

And now I feel a little sad that I will not be taking care of Sehyun all the time after the 2 weeks and I will be in a new job, the job that I had wanted to do for the longest time. And taking care of Sehyun will help me a lot in taking care of children his own age and how to earn their trust easily, it would be much easier for me compared to 2 weeks ago where I had nearly no hands-on experience in taking care of a toddler.

The car ride home was rather relaxing because I was looking out of the window and just admiring the scenery as the car passes through the streets and neighbourhoods, it is a really beautiful way of spending time in a car rather than spend all the time on the phone and playing games. And with the songs that Mr Bang played on the music player in his car, it only made me want to sleep as much as possible.

And I did, I was fast asleep just 5 minutes of sitting in his car and I was tapped on the shoulder as he woke me up from my deep slumber, it was a short nap but I felt refreshed. It has been a long time since I have been so relaxed, things have really been tiring these days because I have to take care of Sehyun in the day and search for suitable job positions at night, I really have been rushing to find one so that I would have a job by the end of this entire internship.

"Thank you, Mr Bang, for allowing me to come with you and Sehyun for the family fun day. I really appreciate it a lot." I told him when I came out of Sehyun's bedroom, he is fast asleep and he will be awake in the next 2 hours but there is still time for him to sleep again later in the night.

"You should be thanking Sehyun for that, he told his teachers that you are his mother just so that he is able to participate and he made it happen." I smiled at the mention of Sehyun, he is really a sweet angel for doing that but he lied to his teachers for one simple reason, he is upset that he couldn't attend the event because he doesn't have a mother and only children with both birth parents is eligible to attend and he didn't want to miss out on that and he wanted to have fun with me as well.

He may look like he doesn't care about his birth mother but he does, he just doesn't know how to express his feelings about it. "He is a very sweet child, I don't have a problem with taking care of him except for the fact that he really loves to eat bananas."

He smiled a little. "You still have 2 weeks left right?" His question made me sad, I didn't want to hear that from anyone else, it was sad enough to know that I don't have much time left for this job and I would miss all of this a lot. "Have you found a job yet?"

I nodded. "Yes, I have and it is a little far from here but at least the pay is high." That was a lie, I haven't gotten back from anyone that they want me as one of their childcare teachers. "And I will start work as the 2 weeks is up."

"That's great then, it is good that you are moving on with life with a new job after a career switch. And you are still young, you are lucky that people are still willing to hire you when you started out later than your peers." He patted me on the back. "But for now, I want you to focus everything on this job and making sure that Sehyun is happy. That is what I asked for and you have been doing such a great job for a first-timer, keep up the good work."

I sighed as I stared at the computer screen, staring at the blank screen in front of me, it should be filled with tons of emails coming from the various childcare centres that I have written to but it is completely empty. I will definitely be jobless when that happens and I don't have anywhere to go to, and I don't want that to happen.

I would want to take care of Sehyun permanently until he grows up and he is completely capable of taking care of himself, but I don't think that it would be good of me to do that, it is a very selfish way of doing things and I am not that shameless to want to stay at a job and not leaving when the boss doesn't want you anymore. It is better to leave first before the boss gets annoyed at you and gets rid of you for real.
