"Hey Cait?"
"Yes dear?" Caitlyn puts her book down, turning to her wife.
"Can we try something new tonight?" Vi looks hopeful.
"Sure. What do you have in mind?" Vi freezes. Caitlyn watches her carefully.
"Can we, um, maybe, perhaps, you, um, uh-" Vi starts pacing. "You know how ive called you, uh, 'M-Mommy' be- uh- before right?"
"Would you like me to call you that?" Vis face turns dark red, the tips of her ears also turning color. "I take that as a 'yes'."
"You dont have to-"
"Ok Mommy." It sounds nonchalant, but the smirk on Caitlyns face says otherwise. Vi stands frozen.
