"Like yesterday, I remember the night
Saw you driving by, you had a girl in your passenger side
I called your phone and you just denied me

She was showing me this song she got done for Jhenè, which was the last song she wrote for the album she prepared for her.

And I watched my wife in awe, she was playing the piano with her eyes closed while singing.

Like an angel.

I'm blessed.

I thought we were taking it slowly

She opened her eyes and looked down at the keys while she was playing them and singing, then she looked over at me. I winked at her and she smiled before closing her eyes again and tilting her head back as she continued.

Then she stopped singing and was just playing the piano, opening her eyes and looking down at the keys, humming the melody as she was finishing it off.

"Oooooh" She finished, before playing the last few notes and then she looked over at me.

"Beautiful.." I said and she smiled.

"Really?" She said.

"Really. I loved it" I said. "Pure talent, and drive" I added.

"Thank you so much my love" Heaven said.

"I can tell you put your heart in that one, and I could tell from the way you were singing it. So I hope she puts that kind of heart in it when she sings it." I said.

"She always does what needs to be done. So I know she will" Heaven said with a smile.

I sat beside Heaven and gave her a kiss.

For some reason, what Kamal said to me the other day kept echoing in my head.

I squinted my eyes before shaking them thoughts out of my head.

I then looked over at Heaven.

"Thank you." I said.

"For what?" She asked.

"Just for being you. Making me better." I said.

"Aww.. It's my pleasure" She said holding the sides of my face, and she leaned in giving me another kiss.

"Play it again, start from the bridge" I said.

She nodded her head and started playing the piano again, before she started singing.

Then I joined her going lower so we could harmonize.

And we kept singing and I leaned in kissing her cheek making her blush as we kept going.
