"Wait! Kamal wait!" Remy said catching up with me as I was walking to my car, getting ready to head to the location Roddy gave me.
I sighed a little, it's been a minute since me and my sister spoke and yeah it bothers a nigga but I'm just tired of the bullshit.
But this my sister.
So I said "Yeah?"
"Can I ride with you?" Remy asked.
"Yeah.. That's fine" I said.
"And before we go, I wanna say something." She said.
"Remy we gone be late if-"
"Just real quick." She said, I sighed then nodded my head.
"Kamal I'm so sorry okay? I'm sorry that I've been a bad sister, sorry I haven't been there enough for you, I'm sorry. I always thought I was there but I guess I wasn't. And I really, really do apologize. I don't wanna lose you, I just need you to know I'm sincere and I want you to let me show you. You haven't been talking to me and that hurts my feelings." Remy said.
"I didn't think you would care like that" I said.
"Well I do.." She said. "So will you please just.. Forgive me? And let me be your sister again? Please?"
I laughed a little.
"What?" Remy asked.
"Man cut the corny shit and give me a hug Remy" I said and she smiled saying "Shut up" before giving me a big hug.
"Kamal I missed you so much. I'm used to talking shit with you, and being able to talk to you. So you giving me the silent treatment really fucked with my head" Remy said.
"I'm sorry bout that, I just needed my space because you fucked a nigga head up, blowing me off for Miyon and shit." I said.
"That was wrong, and I'm sorry. I definitely put things in perspective with that." She said, I nodded my head.
