A year already passes, Luis is already one this year. How fast is it, we already adjusted many things. Luis can speak little by little words, he can already crawl and even walk kahit mukhang lasing.
"Dear?" I watched my wife walking towards me with her chiffon sleepwear.
"Ano yun?" I asked spinning my ballpen on my fingers.
"Bukas kasi I have to work an art gallery." She answered. I licked my teeth before pulling her on my lap.
"Then?" I asked sniffing her, halatang kaka shower lang niya since amoy pa rin yung shower soap.
"Sa La Union..." She whispered doing some movement knowing that I tickle her.
"Oh ilang araw? Kasama kami?" I continue to asked.
"Dalawa, hindi ako lang." She answered.
"Saan sa La Union?" I grabbed my phone to search about La Union. "San Fernando." She answered.
"Kailan ka aalis?" Tanong ko putting down my phone. "Bukas nang hapon." Kumunot noo ko, "Bakit ganon pag ako nagpapaalam isang linggo before the appointment tapos pag ikaw isang araw?" I asked frustratedly.
She stand up to look at me, "May nirereklamo ka?" She asked.
I gasp, "Syempre wala. Ingat ka dun ha, pwedeng ayusin mo yung mga gamit ni Luis kasi ikaw lang naman may alam nun eh."
"Ayun pa isa pa." She sit down on the chair Infront of my table.
"Should we hire another katulong?" She asked. "Oo pwede naman kasi for sure mahihirapan din tayo since nag ta trabaho ka na ulit." I answered.
"Yes, I'll recruit or asked Dawn to find a katulong." She said.
"Pero dear pwede ka namang maging housewife. I can manage all the expenses here and even your and their luho." I said.
"No, I don't want to. Hindi lang trabaho yun dear, it's also my hobby and interest. We already talked about it when we had Alfonso for the first time right?" She defended.
"Yes that's true, but hindi lang kasi Alfonso ang meron tayo ngayon. Dalawa na anak natin." I argue.
"Yes dalawa na nga. That's why I want to help you kahit papaano para naman hindi mo solohin yung mga bayarin." She continue to defend.
I sigh knowing that I won't win on this one, "Pag nakapasok si Luis sa school in the future..."
"Makapasok agad ni wala pa ngang dalawang taon yung bata." She said cutting me.
"Attitude." Nabulong ko na lang na sabi. "Bukas nang umaga, grocery tayo?" Pag aaya ko since aalis nga siya.
"Sige." Sagot niya. "Mag sho shower muna ako." Pagpapaalam ko bago tumayo.
Mina migraine na naman ata ako, I started to soak myself with a warm water.
Nang lumabas ako may kausap si Irene. "Dear?" Pabulong kong tawag.
"Sige Dawn. Pwedeng bukas nang umaga since aalis ako?" I heard she said.
