Kai got off with her friends, she looked around scared, not wanting to be met with Tyler or Micheal, mostly Tyler. She was still embarrassed about what happened. Remembering the dream made her shiver in embarrassment.

"Kai, come on." Myra pulled the girl to where they normally gathered, inside the main building.

"I'm trying to avoid someone okay, he can be anywhere right now," Kai whispered, though in plain sight.

They sat down at their table, Myra not holding back as she told the group what she was talking about. "Kai." She turns around to see Eric.

"Um, yeah?" She questioned. Not having a class with him, and not ever having a conversation with him. Never once came in contact with him. Never in her history of being in school, she has had a class or he had to look at her.

He smiled. No, it wasn't a smile, she didn't know what it was. It was disturbing that is what she knew. The group even felt it.

Ryllie glanced at the other group members. They all heard of him. The rumors about him.

And they all knew, Kai probably didn't. She never really was up-to-date on the rumors, gossip, or drama.

"Can you come with me for a moment?" He looked down at her. His hazel eyes burned on her. He was the predictor and she was the prey.

Kai's body tensed on it. "How so?" She asked, tilting her head.

"It's for math class. I need help with the test and I heard you were a teacher's aide." He smiled.

"Haha, sorry but I barely passed the math classes I had. You should ask someone who's good." She waved him off, turning back to her friends.

He grinds his teeth, walking away, exhaling angrily.

"Well, besides that. I wanted to tell you all something." They turned to look at Ryllie. "I like someone, like, I think this is the one."

Myra perked at this. "Really?! Who?" She asked.

"Well, it's Micheal, Tyler's nephew." Kai choked on her orange juice, gasping for air as she felt the drink go up her nose. She waved her hands at her face to calm down the sensation of pain from what her body just did.

"Micheal?!" She asked, leaning toward the boy, shocked. Ryllie nodded with confusion. "I'll be your aunt if you think about it," Kai stated.

The group laughed.

"What's funny?" They turned to see two men walk up to them. Tyler and Micheal in their glory.

"Um." Ryllie blushed, thinking of a lie so he wouldn't be embarrassed. "You see." He muttered.

"It's fine to tell them." Kai smiled, turning to them. "When we were getting off the bus I slipped and hit my head on the flag pole." She lied.

"Did you go to the nurse?" Tyler perked up, the girl getting up as Micheal took the seat, seeing her get her bag.

"I'm fine." She smiled, looking up at Tyler. He pouted, pushing her hair from her face to see the damage. Seeing nothing. About to say something, Myra quickly kicked the back of the girl's leg so she could fall into Tyler's chest.

"Ah, sorry!" Kai got off of him, tucking her hair behind her ear embarrassingly, a trait that Tyler sees her doing a lot of lately.

"It's fine." He blushed, smiling as he pushed the strand of hair down that was standing up.

The two walked away, waving bye to the group.

"So, flag pole?" Tyler leaned down to Kai.

Kai laughed, leaning toward him. "You see..." She giggled, taking his hand in hers with a big grin on.
