TW: KatAnna, light fluff, idk if there's swearing, Anne suggests incest, Cathy forgets the queens entirely, it's pretty cute tbh, oh yeah mentions of rape

Kat was infamous for being the queen with the most affairs in her past life, and unfortunately for her, she still had to pay for it. She acted as if she didn't care, but the harsh words said about her certainly made her feel upset. Kids never learned much about her at school, but whatever they did know was based on her, basically being called a slut, and the twisted stories affected her in many ways. She wasn't a slut. She didn't have a choice.

Kat had hoped that rebirth would give her a fresh beginning, but being married to the biggest dick of the century back in 1540 made her a household name. Even worse for her, she hadn't had the chance to meet the others. Not since they were given a second chance. If she'd put it on her Twitter or Instagram, she'd be bound to get a flood of dimwits giving her false hope. She couldn't risk it.

Kat was 22. The first time she was given a proper childhood. The first time where she felt loved and cared for. She knew better than to take those years for granted. But Kat felt alone. She felt strange, living without the constant influx of middle-aged men trying to get their hands all over her. Of course, she didn't want that life back- being taken advantage of sexually and then having her head sliced off for it.

But Kat wanted a boyfriend. If not wanted... then needed.

Right now, Kat was sitting in a bar with her best friend, Anne. Anne was the only queen she had managed to get in contact with. The story of how they met was a strange one, but it all worked out quite frankly.

"K, I know you hate bars, so why are we here?!?!"

"I want a man, Anne," slurred Kat in a southern accent.

Anne looked rather shocked at this statement. Placing a hand on her shoulder, Anne asked, "Kat, are you sure? You don't seem ready from what I can se-"

"No one else seems to get the same amount of bad luck as me. I know the world has better people. I'm just- yet to meet someone who loves me for me, not for my body."

Kat had a fair share of, say, 'bad boys'. Sets the tone lightly, I guess. But aside from their dubbed name, they only proved to make poor Kat's life hell. Henry Manox, Francis Dereham, Thomas Culpepper and Henry Tudor were all culprits for building Kat to be the way she was today.

"Look, I'll make it a deal. If we're both single by the time you're 30, we're getting married to each other."

Kat blinked twice.

"Anne, you seem to be forgetting the fact that we're cousins."

"Not in this life!"

"Doesn't water down the fact any further. Besides, I'm not into women like you are..."

"Please, you can say that again."

"I'm not into wo-"

"Not what I meant but that's okay! Look, if you really want to find a guy who'll treat you right, the first thing you could do is maybe not get with a guy called Henry."

"Noted. Now I really want someone..."

"Well sitting in the corner sucking your straw isn't going to help us achieve that. Go out and talk to people for god's sake! Don't be such a hermit crab!"

"But what if I meet Henry?" Kat whined, crossing her arms and slouching, making a face as she did so.

"We'll cross that bridge when we get there. Now, go on!"

It took Kat less than 2 minutes for her eye to catch on a multitude of people, who, she soon realised, were not up for grabs.

After about fifteen minutes, Kat went back to Anne, who was busy snapping duck face selfies.
