TW: I did a request, this is actually really sad, Millie x Natalie, homophobia, it's not pretty, however the rest of SVN minus Lexi are a bunch of crackheads

Millie and Natalie looked at each other, fear present in both pairs of eyes.

"I'm scared."

"I know."

Millie placed a hand over Natalie's clasped hands, stroking her blonde locks.

"I'll protect you, always," she promised, kissing her head as she wrapped her arms around her. Natalie rested her chin on Millie's shoulder.

"They will hate us," she whimpered shakily, cracking her fingers.

"They can't hate us, they shouldn't."

"But what if they do?"

"Then we leave the band knowing that we weren't in the wrong."

Natalie nodded, and the pair got ready for the SVN rehearsals.

"None of us have a show after this...?" Natalie asked tentatively, silently begging the show god give them one night of rest as a whole.

"Yeah, we're all free," Aimie said, gesturing to the open doors of the Savoy. Jaye'J gasped in worry. "Don't worry, it's not my run."

"Can we go to Aimie's?" Grace begged, and everyone agreed.

The walk to Aimie's was exciting for most, but not Natalie and Millie whose secret was looming above them. Grace chased a squirrel, Maiya being the squirrel. Lexi was telling the childminder off (over the phone) for allowing Shimei up for longer than his bedtime. Jaye'j was already in party mode, and Aimie felt out of control as she juggled her three kids (Lexi excluded for visible reasons), finding the task especially hard as she was considered one herself.

Millie and Natalie followed quietly, biting their lips.

"MONOPOLY-"

"NO-"

"What?" Grace stopped screaming, confused as to why Millie had stopped her from hyping up her own favourite game. "What's up, Millie?" Grace asked calmly, sitting down and watching her expectantly.

"Look, it's been a long day, and I and Nat have been meaning to tell you all something for a long time now. We're slightly nervous but we hope you'll understand."

"You're our sisters, of course we love you," Aimie insisted, patting Grace's head, who packed away the monopoly, much to her discontent.

"Yeah, we love you both. What's bothering you?" Jaye'J asked, concerned.

"Well... it's been a rough few weeks. Weeks? I mean, months. Almost a year. Not really though. We're preparing for that. I'm probably confusing you, and out of the pair of us, I think it was the worst decision for me to be the news breaker, but someone had to do it, and I didn't want to push NatNat into a deeper hole she wouldn't be able to climb out of. You see, when we all met and did our shows and stuff, me and Nat shared a connection which was different from the ones we share with you guys. When Nat finally left Six and we actually had time together, we developed further our feelings... and we realised that... I guess... no... I don't guess. We are in love."

Millie lowered her head.

"We were scared none of you would accept us," Nat added.

The other five stared in horror.

"You're in love? Like, gay?" Maiya confirmed cautiously, and they both nodded. Maiya shook her head in disbelief, standing up slowly. "Excuse me," she sighed as she left the room swiftly, worry stamped on her face. Grace followed Maiya to make sure she was okay, her expression the same as hers.
