TW: JayeMil/AimGrace (Mainly Jaye*Millie), it's cute ac, this is one of my favourites, Enemies to lovers, in terms of age Aimie<Grace<Millie<Jaye'J (Aimie's quite smol in this), someone does the dirty

The maths lesson had finished, and Millie was finally free to run away from 'society'. It was break, so why not regain her favourite spot in the entire school? Her hill.

Millie had a hill practically dedicated to her since no one else ever ventured there. It was full of buttercups and forget-me-nots, so why would she spend her time alone there?

Alone, because of course 'alone' meant she and her two best friends, Aimie and Natalie.

"Hello, Millie," Aimie called, struggling up the hill with her boot.

"Aims, why are you trying to climb my hill? You've broken your foot!"

"I'm not leaving you two to gossip without me," she heaved, throwing her small self on the blunt top, her broken left leg hurling over her afterwards, making her roll slightly. The interaction between the hard boot and the ground made Nat and Millie wince. Aimie, on the other hand, kicked her other leg around playfully, chucking her crutches god knows where. "How was class? You seem upset... WOAH-" As Aimie comically slipped downwards, Millie caught her, pulling her back up again.

"Everyone's excited about Chemistry!"

"Why?"

"Because I'm paired with Jaye'J, so of course there'll be a load of drama to enjoy," Millie hmphed, kicking her legs back. "She's such a nightmare!"

"She only enjoys winding you up," Nat said. "You're giving her what she wants."

"Why's she so irritating? Like, yesterday, I was only helping Grace in economics, and here she comes all big and mighty like 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY COUSIN?' like biiiiiitch I'm not trying to bang her, am I?" Millie faked a scoff.

Aimie blushed.

"She's such a BITCH! I hate her!"

"We get it. Now, it's time for you to get over that hatred."

"Like I ever will."

"You should," Aimie agreed, patting her leg.

"Don't touch me or I'll break your other ankle," Millie threatened with a growl. Aimie whimpered, Nat immediately swooping her onto her lap protectively.

"Millie, don't threaten her with violence. She hasn't done anything wrong."

"Fine. Do you mind leaving me alone for a bit?"

"Of course," Aimie nodded. "When you want lunch, just join us near the tennis courts. Only until 1:15, though. If you still don't show up by then, then we're going without you.

Millie nodded, and the duo left, Nat carrying Aimie down the hill.

Finally, alone with her thoughts.

She plucked a flower, gazing at its daintiness.

"She loves me... she loves me not... she loves me... she loves me not... she loves me... she loves me not."

She threw the stem away, sighing.

Everyone knew Jaye'J hated Millie.

But Millie didn't hate Jaye'J at all.

And only Millie knew that.

"MILLIE YOU'LL SET THE SCHOOL ON FIRE!"

"SAYS YOU! YOU DIDN'T TURN THE GAS TAP OFF!"

The fighting ensued, and it hadn't taken less than then minutes into the lesson to do so. The teacher sighed, leaving them to it.
