. . . Orochimaru was in his bed going through a rough coughing fit while kabuto stood besides him with a worried look on his face
"*COUGH, COUGH, COUGH!*" Orochimaru coughed as blood leaked out of his mouth. Kabuto looked on in worry.
"'This is gonna require administering a rank ten pill.' " Kabuto thought worriedly before He handed Orochimaru a glass of water.
"This damn body...is at it's limit, but I'm so close, just a little longer" Orochimaru said as Kabuto nodded
"yes, it has been quite a while since Madara drop him here for your training, he has matured a lot hasn't he?" Kabuto asked while Orochimaru nodded before he had another coughing fit
"kukuku, yes, I knew the moment the boy activated his Sharingan on me, that day I knew that he has such magnificent eyes even then" Orochimaru said before he let out a dark chuckle "anyone who has develop a Sharingan that strong at his age much be someone special, I knew that he would prove an even greater treasure than Madara, oh yes, I realized that once he was the perfect choice, especially when I saw the hatred that he carried with in him" Orochimaru said before he let out another coughing fit
"yes I remember, it seems like it was yesterday that Madara drop him off here so that he may learn from your tutelage" Kabuto said
"well what is more to say than he was perfect, those eyes, the Sharingan, their perfect and with those eyes I will finally succeed were my creator had failed" Orochimaru said as he began to lick his lips greedily "there is no one in this world who can train him as well as I can, no one can fully understand the darkness that consumes his soul" Orochimaru said with a smirk
"and there's no one else who can make him more like you , is there?" Kabuto said with a smirk as Orochimaru smirk along with his pupil before Orochimaru let out another coughing fit
"lord Orochimaru!" Kabuto said as he immediately rushed forward to check on him "that cough doesn't sound too good, are you alright?" Kabuto asked him worriedly as Orochimaru took multiple deep breaths to ease the coughs
"I'm fine, I'm fine the goal is in sight, I will soon be n the perfect host body. I feel wonderful" Orochimaru said before he let out another coughing fit
"you're at your breaking point, if you don't take the level 10 medicine then there's no more do for you" Kabuto said "Wait here. it's time I get your next dose of Medicine, we have to make sure that your as strong as possible for the transference ritual I'll go get it." Kabuto said as he walked toward the door as Orochimaru began to chuckle, before he went on into a full blown maniacal laughter
"'that thirst for blood, even at his body at it's breaking point, he still laughs'" Kabuto thought with a smirk "I'll be back in a minute" Kabuto said before he grabbed the door handle and opened it as he stepped out of the room and closed the door behind him
"'all I've done, is to achieve that goal or rather, to clear the darkness that stand against me and my goal, but finally, after such a long time the final stage is set I will finally have the body I need, you're body. . .Izuku!!'" Orochimaru thought as a sinister grin began to spread across his face as he began to laugh maniacally

Kabuto quickly left the room and closed the door behind him before he turned toward the two Anbu level Sound ninja guarding the door.
