In the reception hall, the doors were suddenly slammed open as armed men with masks, carrying the latest automatic rifles, walked into the room, all pointing at civilians and heroes.
"in case you haven't caught on, security system is under our control" announced a voice as the door opened up to reveal a man with a white coat, red hair, and a menacing metallic mask on his face. Beside him were two more terrorists, guarding his sides.
"now I know that we've got a lot of heroes in here but if you decide to make a scene" Wolfram said as he snapped his fingers showing them a image of the crowd in the city with security sentries surrounding them I'll make sure tat the security sentries that the good people they got in their sites are dangerous criminals, so I'd place nice, because everyone in this Island is my hostage!!" Wolfram said with a smirk

Momo was standing alone in a corner as she watch Jiro and Kaminari, along with Todoroki and Uraraka interact with each other as a her heart clenched when she saw their interaction as she couldn't help but be jealous that they still have their love interest unlike her, she just missed him so much, she had brought this dress a long time ago in hopes that she and Izuku would be able to dance together like she always dreamed of but alas, it was not to be, he was taken far too soon for them to even have just a simple dance together

"Do it." Wolframs said to his ear piece as Instantly, holes appeared on the floor before a blue cable shot out from them, wrapping all the heroes in attendance and trapping them. The heroes found themselves unable to break off from the restraining devices nor use their quirks in fear of hitting others. All Might managed to stretch the cables with his muscles and had been prepared to break out of them before a gunshot rang in the air, freezing him in his place.
"Don't move!" Wolfram threatened him as he walked up on stage while pointing a gun at the crowd "If you take even one step, then I'll kill everyone here in a second."
