Waking up late the next morning, I found myself to be on the bed by myself. I looked over to see Kiriko's bed was well kempt and she was gone. The tray with the tea was removed, leaving the bedside table empty. Sitting up, I looked around the room Odessa used to live in for almost two years. Stretching and yawning, I slowly got up from the bed and that was when the doors opened, Odessa walking in with Kiriko.

"Ah, Y/N," Kiriko smiled.

"Y/N, love, are ya alright?" Odessa asked, briskly walking up beside me.

"I-I'm fine," I yawned once more. "What time is it?"

"Almost ten," she said, kissing my forehead. "Sleep well?"

"Not really."

"Go lay back down. I won't leave until you're ready to head back home."

"Only if ya come back to bed with me," I said, grabbing her hand.

She smiled sweetly at me before kissing the top of my head, "Of course, princess."

"I just wanted to come in and check on you with Odessa, since she was coming back in here already," Kiriko said.

"Kiriko, I can't thank ya enough for all ya've done," I said. "Not to mention giving Odessa a friend she can rely on."

Kiriko smiled, "Those are very kind words, Y/N. Thank you."

She walked out of the room and Odessa picked me up, walking back over to the bed.

"Come on, princess. Off we go back to dreamland," she chuckled.

I smiled slightly, laying beside her as she set me down onto the bed. I wrapped my arms around her neck and hers found their normal place around my waist.

"Try to get some sleep, my dear," she pressed a light kiss to my forehead.

"Knowing you're here beside me," I said and pressed a light kiss to her lips. "I'll sleep better."

She smiled and I nuzzled my face in the crook of her neck, falling asleep in her warm, welcoming embrace. Waking up some hours later, I found my back was against Odessa's chest and her head was resting on top of mine. I quietly got out of the bed and walked out of the room, my stomach growling for something to eat. Walking around the base a bit, I found it was pretty empty. Winston and Tracer weren't where they normally are, which was in the main part of the base. Kiriko and Mercy weren't in the medical bay and Genji and the others I have met were no where to be seen. Looking at the clock, it was pretty late in the afternoon. I guess all of them were out on a mission or doing patrol.

Making my way over to the kitchen, I started to look at what they had and tried to figure out what to make. I decided to make what Tracer made for us when we arrived here, before everything happened. Grabbing a pan and the ingredients I needed, I started to get everything ready. I found a nearby speaker and pulled my phone out from my pocket, seeing Kiriko had sent me a message a few hours ago. Before connecting my phone to the speaker, I opened up Kiriko's message.

"Everyone is heading out for a mission. Base is all yours for the majority of the time. Hope you're feeling better, Y/N."

I smiled and texted her back, even though she probably wasn't going to see it until much later.

"Thanks for the heads up, Kiriko. I am feeling somewhat better, but still upset."

I connected my phone to the speaker and started to listen to some music while I was making Odessa and I something to eat. After some time and getting lost in the music, arms reached over and turned the stove down a bit. I turned to see it was Odessa, who grabbed me by my waist and lifted me up, setting me on the counter.

"Afternoon, princess," she smiled at me.

"G'day," I pecked her lips. "My queen."

"What are ya makin'?"

"Something Tracer made for us when we got 'ere."

"Smells lovely," she said. "Not as lovely as you."

She placed her lips roughly against mine, turning what should have been an innocent kiss into a full on make out session. I wrapped my arms around her neck, my legs around her waist, pulling her towards me. Her hands trailed down from my waist to my thighs, the pads of her fingers trailing up and down. She'd ocassionally rub her thumb against my inner thigh. My hands reached up and dug into her mohawk, messing it up slightly.

"Babe, I gotta tend to the food," I said in between kisses.

"I know," she said, still kissing me.

"Like now," I chuckled.

She pulled away, picking me up, and setting me back down onto the ground. I turned around and she placed her hands on my waist, her head resting on mine. While I was still cooking, she'd bend down and place her lips along the side of my neck and down to my shoulder before placing it back on my head.

"Someone want some love tonight?" I asked.

"Maybe after we eat," she said. "You could give me some desert."

Thank goodness she was behind me. My cheeks were red as could be after she said that.

"M-Maybe."

She moved me to where I was facing her, finally seeing what my face looked like. She smirked darkly at me, placing her hand on my jaw and making me look up at her.

"Did that do somethin' to my princess?" she asked, getting closer to my face.

"I-It did more than do somethin'," I stuttered.

She chuckled and placed a kiss against my cheek, "I love it when ya get all flustered. And I didn't even do anythin' to ya."

"Y-You have no idea what ya do to me," I said, looking into those captivating eyes.

"I think I do," she said, pulling me away to let me finish up cooking.

She walked away and grabbed some plates for us. Setting them beside me, I turned off the stove and plated them. Grabbing them, she walked over and sat down, waiting for me to come over after I set the pans I used in the sink. Sitting across from her, she reached over and held onto my hand. I looked over at her to see there was such awe in her eyes as she looked at me, making me smile, some tears forming in my eyes. I couldn't have asked for a better person to go through what we just went.
