#Anam

I don't know which one is more psycho between the two. Samke or Olunje?! I mean this guy is so convinced that he's in love with me and yet he's doing the complete opposite. Seemingly Samke didn't put him up to this because she was shocked to see me as much as I was shocked to see her. I started thinking of the dream I had of being kidnapped and seemingly this was the day. My father warned me to stay home but I didn't listen... He's dead but he's looking out for me. From now on I'm never taking my dreams for granted, so help me god. What did Olunje want with me anyway? Why would he bring me to his mom anyway?

Samke: Olunje what is this?

Him: how do you guys know each other?

Her: She's Sabelo's daughter. What are you doing with her? What do you want with her?

Him: I came to introduce her to you mom. This is my future wife. What do you mean she is Sabelo's daughter?

Her: he raped her mother

Him: and you stayed with him even after you knew the kind of man he was

Her: he had changed when he was with me ok. He was not a bad man

Him: he raped her mom. How is that change?

I was standing there quiet with my hands tied behind my back not knowing what to do. I mean these two were crazy, none of them was better than the other. They were leaves of the same tree even though they were mother and son but it actually explained their mentality state.

Her: get her inside before the neighbours start asking questions.

I looked around and there were no neighbours. It looked like the kind of house you would find on wrong turn. It was dirty and looked like nobody lived in it, it was far off from the road. Even if I tried to escape and look for help, nobody would find me because it's in the middle of nowhere. She walked in and Olu pulled me inside with him.

Her: what the hell have you gotten me into?!

Him: what do you mean?

Her: first you stab someone and now this? I didn't raise you to be like this

Him: that's the thing, you didn't raise me in the first place

She slapped him so hard he had 5 fingers on his cheek.

Her: you will never talk to me like that ever again!

He pulled me to some door which had stairs leading to a dark room. He switched the light on and then led us down, the room looked exactly like the one in my dream.

Him: I'm sorry you had to witness that. Just that my mother was never there growing up. She was the kind of mother that visited once in a while just to make sure I know that she is my mother...

I kept quiet and didn't respond. I wanted to go home and sleep in my own bed. I wanted to call my boyfriend and know that he arrived safely in Durban and hear him tell me he loves me and that he misses me and wishes I was with him. I was here physically but my mind was with my boyfriend and the good times he and I have had together. He sat me on a chair underneath the only light in the room.

Him: welcome to our new home.

Me: what do you want from me?

Him: I want you to love me as much as I love you Anam.

I chuckled in disbelief.

Me: yeah well good luck

Him: yeah good luck. Because you are not leaving this room until you love me
