Today was a shadowhunter comic con, which is happening 3 years after the show has ended, and the whole cast was there.

The cast was excited especially because of the fans still following and supporting them after these many years.

"Hey guys", Kat said walking to meet the others backstage and greeting them, "It's awesome to be back together as a cast", Dom said.

"Yeah, I mean they are still rooting for us and the show and you two are doing a wonderful podcast", Harry said.

Matt had his arms around Harry's waist and was talking with Isaiah, Em, and Alberto about the time after the show.

Dom and Kat shrugged, "They are still requesting for Malec together, we should do that sometimes", Kat said interrupting Matt's talk, and Matt and Harry looked at each other.

"What do you say?", Harry asked Matt, "I am up for it, it's been a long time since we two did an interview together", Matt said and Harry smiled.

"True", Harry said, "So how is marriage life going for you two?", Em asked, "It's full of surprises", Harry said smiling widely.

"In all good ways", Matt said slightly quoting Alec and all the others smiled, "Guys you are up in 5", said one of the backstage girls and they nodded.

Soon they were called up, "Part of my favorite ship malec, Matthew Daddario", called the interviewer after Em.

Matt left to the stage and sat on his chair, "What's one part without the other? Harry Shum Jr. everyone", he said and Harry came up next and sat next to Matt.

"Last but not least our favorite werewolf, Isaiah Mustafa", they called and Isaiah joined them as the crowd clapped.

"So before going into the questions, I would like to welcome you guys back to this show", the interviewer said and they all thanked him.

He started asking questions about the show and behind the scenes and they answered happily, it was when the audience's questions arose that the answers went deeper into their characters' lives.

"Question for Matthew", said a girl, "Why did Alec call off his wedding with Lydia at the last minute when he was sure he wanted to do that?", she asked.

Matthew thought for a second, "Here goes", Dom teased and all laughed, Matt looked at Harry, "I think...", he said and paused then looked at the girl.

"I think, he was not really sure in the first place besides it was a now or never situation", he said, "And for the next, he just before the wedding talked with Magnus, to make sure he was ready", Matt said and paused remembering the lines.

"If I am correct, after Magnus's description of love and all he says 'At the end of the day, what do you risk?'", Matt said and heard a lot of 'yes'.

"He was saying that both to Magnus and himself, so when Magnus came to the wedding, it was like him saying-", Matt was interrupted.

"I'm here, risking everything", Harry said on behalf of Magnus, and Matt smiled and nodded, "Magnus's expression clearly said that", Matt said.

"So he decided to respect that and knew he wanted to risk everything for once and be happy", Matt said and all clapped and cheered.

The questions went on for some time and another girl came and asked Harry, "Question for Magnus, I mean Harry. I am sorry", she said as all laughed.

"Don't be", Harry said smiling widely, "Yeah don't be, he literally is our Magnus", Alberto said making everyone laugh again.

"At the first wedding, when Alec walks towards Magnus, he seems surprised, why was he surprised? Clearly he prepared for both pros and cons of coming to the wedding", she said and Harry smiled.

"Wow you guys really did your homework", he said and his cast chuckled, "Well let's see, he was surprised because a shadowhunter was walking towards him in front of other shadowhunters, I mean he thought that maybe Alec was going to kill him", Harry said for fun.

Matt looked at him questioningly, "Ok ok, in all seriousness, he was not surprised because Alec was walking towards him", Harry said confusing all.

"He was surprised because for the first time in his entire 700, 800-year existence someone was choosing him", Harry said.

"For the first time in his life someone was fighting their people for him", Harry said and looked at Matt both with so much love in their eyes making all others present go awe.

"Malec is real", Kat shouted breaking the couple's eye contact and making everyone else cheer, "Ok moving on", Matt said blushing.

"Ok we have time for only one more question", the interviewer said and the crowd booed, but the next question started.

"Question for Matt", a guy said, "Lovely", Dom said fed up making Matt smirk and others laugh, "When did Alec realize he loves Magnus? Was it when he thought Magnus was dead or before?", he asked.

"That is a great question for which I think I have an answer", Matt said making everyone laugh again.

"Ok ok, so I think he in his heart always loved Magnus from the start", Matt said and all awed again and Harry took his hand driving the crowd nuts.

"But, but I think he realized his love on the rooftop when he was with Aldertree", Matt said and paused thinking about his answer.

"Yeah, so Aldertree was sprouting all this stuff about downworlders and how it would never work between them and shadowhunters and how it all felt wrong to him, I mean half of them was true based on his experience and the other half was nonsense, not everyone is same. But at that moment Alec for a second thought, would he be ready to let go of Magnus for his people and that thought scared him. He was scared to lose Magnus and that fear was much stronger than the fear that Magnus could hurt him", Matt said and all listened to him quietly.

"And suddenly before he could process all those thoughts and weigh them, he was suddenly thrusted into a place where he thought he had lost Magnus and that made the love break out of him. I mean he thought he would never get to tell Magnus his love and when he felt Magnus's touch after that search, he knew he had to say it. But one thing was for sure which is, he never doubted his love for Magnus even for a second", Matt said and all cheered.

"That was the best answer to finish off this interview with, thank you", the interviewer said and the cast walked out of the stage.

Since they were all tired, they said their goodbyes and left, "When did you realize your love for me?", Harry asked suddenly as they were driving back home.

Matt looked at him and smiled, "Hmm", he acted and Harry hit his shoulder making Matt chuckle.

"I loved you the minute I saw you and I realized it the exact same minute, but was hesitant to tell you, but then I told you and now I am the luckiest man alive", Matt said making Harry smile.

"Not as lucky as I am", Harry said quoting Alec in a way and Matt smiled as they drove off to their house.
