"'Tis I", they heard a voice, and the shadowhunters immediately took their weapons in the blink of an eye and pointed them towards the voice.

All saw a man there, "That never gets old does it?", he asked, "Why are you bothering us man?", Simon asked.

"I am hurt", the man said, "Yeah right! The devil gets hurt", Jace scoffed and Wolfstar's eyes nearly bulged out.

"Devil?", Remus asked, "Devil as in devil devil?", Sirius asked, "That's right, devil devil, or simply said Lucifer Morningstar", Lucifer said and Magnus rolled his eyes.

"And I am not bothering you, you guys pop up where I am", Lucifer said, "And you have a realm where you should be, our job is to kill demons and when the devil is walking with the demons we have no option than to try and send you back", Alec said.

Lucifer smiled, "Still smart and handsome", he said and Magnus's blue magic turned red, "I guess dear old dad's immortality is working on all of you, well except you nephew", he said.

"That's none of your business", Izzy and Magnus said together, "Go back Lucifer, go back to your love, John Constantine", Magnus said, "I can't, and don't pull him into this", he said a little angrily.

"Excuse me?", Clary asked, "Yes I can't, Edom has reformed and it needs a king", he said and looked at Magnus.

"Absolutely not", Alec immediately said, "You can rule next to him, shadowhunter", Lucifer said, "Besides your child is the Greater demon, he will have his full power down there", Lucifer said and an arrow embedded itself next to Lucifer's head.

"I didn't miss and I surely won't miss next time", Alec said and Lucifer chuckled and walked towards them.

"You think I am here with my demons? Oh no no no", Lucifer said confusing everyone, "Mazikeen is my only demon on Earth, the others are from Edom, unless a ruler controls them, they will pop up everywhere randomly", Lucifer said and Magnus withdrew his magic.

The others saw this and withdrew their weapons, "They only need to be commanded right? I can do it, but I won't rule that place, I have had enough with that place", Magnus said.

"Oh nephew, still naive, how long do you think will they listen to you?", he asked and Magnus smirked.

"As long as I want them to", Magnus said and walked out the others following, "Please don't make any rash decisions", Alec said.

"I won't trust me Alexander", Magnus said and Alec pulled Magnus's hand making him stop and turn towards the shadowhunter.

The others gave them privacy and walked in front, Jace already guessing where Magnus wanted to go.

"I trust you more than anything and anyone, but I need you to promise me something", Alec said and Magnus smiled and wrapped his arms around Alec's neck.

"Anything", he said and Alec wrapped his around Magnus's waist and touched their forehead, he closed his eyes and inhaled.

"Promise me that you won't decide to go to Edom, at any cost, that you won't leave me, Max, and...", Alec said trailing.

He stopped and opened his eyes, "And?", Magnus asked, "And our family", Alec said but Magnus knew better.

They have been together for 19 years, but he let it go, "Jace might act like he hates you, but I don't think he can live without teasing you even for a day", Alec said and Magnus chuckled.

"Izzy needs her shopping partner, Clary needs her biscuit, Simon needs his mentor, and I need my husband", Alec said and Magnus pulled him for a kiss.

"I promise, I will never choose that, I will never leave you", Magnus said after breaking the kiss and Alec exhaled.
