Just as Hillary said, the moment she entered the portal she exited right at the The Federation's gates. The modern building was huge, about the size of two football stadiums and made from metal and glass. The shape was weird, kind of like a cylindrical dome but she guessed that added to the other worldly charm.

Her left fist clenched oddly at her thigh and that's when she took notice of her grandmother's handkerchief still damp with tears in her hand. She must have squeezed it into her palm while she talked. Morgan brought it to her nose and loved the scent her grandmother left on it, it smelled like home. Just then a throat cleared making Morgan eyes snap up to the interrupter.

"Welcome to The Federation your Highness." the fine mocha being greeted her with a warm smile. His teeth were so white Morgan began to think they were fake and they were enclosed by pink lips. Yummy. She stuffed Hillary's handkerchief in her pocket as she neared the man.

His obvious chiseled body was in a light blue shirt with the top three buttons undone and sleeves rolled up to the elbows, navy blue slacks that hugged his big thighs and brown brogue shoes to go with his belt. A classic man with power. His head was bald but he had a well manicured beard that didn't over power his features, damn he was fine ass hell.

"You must be Jesse. Please call me Morgan." She replied extending her hand to greet him as well which he took all too eagerly for her.

"Your grandmother has told me alot about you, I see you're just as beautiful as she is." Morgan could sense that his charm was turned up and even though she appreciated the compliment, she realized it just wasn't working on her. Come on, he was the headmaster after all.

"Thank you" she smiled graciously and seperated their hands then continued "So Jesse, how long have you been the headmaster at The Federation?" ackwardly holding on to the handle of her suitcase. His eyes immediately went to her bags then with the snap of his fingers, two men who were dressed as concierges appeared behind him in the blink of an eye which caught Morgan off guard.

"I took the liberty of making living arrangements for your stay in the Underworld." he stated as the young men took her bags away then disappeared again.

"That was very forward of you. Didn't you think I was capable of finding a place to stay by myself?" she questioned.

"My apologies Your Majesty, I meant no disrespect to you. It's just that when your grandmother sent word of your arrival, I wanted to make sure her heir had the very best we have to offer." Jesse rushed out sincerely bowing his head a little. Morgan felt good that she could ruffle his feathers a bit but truthfully, she was grateful that he took the initiative to get her a place to live and at this time of the day she didn't feel like searching for a place.

Speaking of which, one could never know the time of day here until night time came because of the bleaky environment and the rollercoater weather. It was such a depressing place to be, Morgan could feel the happiness just seeping out of her body at the thought of staying here for some time. However, she willed herseld to be positive about her situation and thought to reduce some of Jesse's anguish.

"It's okay, in fact I appreciate your kind gesture." Morgan reassured him and he visibly relaxed.

"Good. So let me show you around Prince- I mean Morgan."he corrected himself when she gave him a pointed look. "To answer your previous question, I have been the headmaster at The Federation for the last two hundred years. I was apppinted by your mother actually." Sometimes Morgan failed to remember that demons were some of the oldest supernatural beings to ever exist and knowing the man before her who looked no older than thirty-five years old could have been alive when dinasours roamed the Earth never failed to amaze her. They had  taken two steps towards the gates of the school but stopped at the mention of her mother, she would have to visit her at the castle soon.

"Hmm, is that so?"

"Yes, she and I were childhood friends and I was honoured that she chose me to bring forth the next generation of warriors." It was hard to picture her mother as a child, only a grumpy little witch came to mind.

"Hopefully I'll become successful under your tutelage then." to which he gave that charming smile again. They continued their walk to the gates and as they began to open the closer the pair got, a way too loud futuristic car that looked like a Maserati and a Tesla had a one night stand came racing out of the parking lot as if death was on it's tail.

She was lucky Jesse was there to pull her out of the way quickly so the car could pass but not before grumbling "So damn extra." As she was about to walk off again she heard the tires screech and the car stopped. Both her and Jesse's head whipped around to look at the car that just sat there for about 15 seconds, it looked she hit a nerve and somebody wanted to pick a fight. She could fight but not on the level to take on a demon. Shit.  Jesse quickly held her shoulders and steered her through the gates and she went with the same urgency as well.

"Who was that?"

"Let's just say that not everyone appreciates having you here. Your mother hasn't been kind to all so expect some resistance from some demons." She couldn't argue with that so she said nothing.

Jesse proceeded to an area with mini driving carts to take her around the campus. The Federation comprised of six different buildings, each housing a faculty, all of which she had to learn. They stopped by the general office so he could get her schedule for her classes and to let her know that her grandmother had arranged a delivery for the books she would need but any additional resources she would have to source by herself.

The headache that she had from before grew tenfold as Jesse spoke to her so she began drowning him out. She didn't like school while growing up even though she was at the top of her class she still despised going and doing assignments. In the end it only helped her a little as she was a successful woman without the help of Chemistry or Algebra. Here she was gearing up study again because she had to be the best at everything. That's what was expected of her.

Lourdes! She hadn't thought about her friend, no, sister once ever since she realized she would have to return to the Underworld. Ugh! She had to call her right away. She took her phonee from her pocket to call her but realized her Earthly devices wouldn't work here.

Interreupting Jesse's speech about some old headmaster, she asked, "I'm sorry but I need to call my friend. Do you know where I can get a calling device?" Even though demons were vicious, they liked possessing material things and what was more worldly than technology? Living comfortably in a dreadful place like this seemed like the right thing to keep everyone from going insane.

"Uh, sure. We have a tech store on campus so I'll take you there right now." then whisked her off in the cart once again to a store that looked pretty similar to a popular one on Earth. He covered the expense of her mobile device after it was set up then took her back to the main area. Morgan was pleased with The Federation and all but she wanted to get some rest then see her sister and she made no effort to hide her fatigue from Jesse to which he took notice.

"I know the tour has been long but I just wanted to make sure that you understand your class schedule, tardiness is not acceptable here."

"I do understand and I'll make sure not to be late." Morgan released in a tired breath.

"That's very good to hear Morgan. You may begin your classes the day after tomorrow. Take the time tomorrow to get reacquaint yourself with your people." Jesse suggested as Morgan agreed.

"I'll have my driver take you to your new ho-"

"You don't have to do that Jesse, you've been too kind."

"Trust me, it's not a problem. With all that your grandmother did for me, I guess this is my way of saying thank you." Morgan smiled as she thought of her granny. She was a kind woman indeed. They waited in silence after Jesse called his driver and not long after a sleek black car stopped at their feet. Jesse opened the door for her so she could get in.

"I'll see you soon Princess" he finally said then closed the door. Now shrouded in silenec she opened her dial pad to call her favourite person in the world. After two rings her sister picked up, "Hello?"

"Guess who's back bitch?!" Morgan squealed in excitement.
