The fork clanked against the porcelain as Morgan finished the last of her stuffed chicken breast and vegetable salad. The food was good but she couldn't focus on that as her mind was filled with worry for Lourdes. Where had she gone? Her mind told her it was probably for answers and Morgan knew she wouldn't like the answers she would find.

Both their parents didn't even think to tell them the truth which left her disappointed. She emptied her wine glass then cleaned the kitchen while her mind firmly remained on Lourdes. She decided to finally test out that swimming pool and headed upstairs to change into her favourite thonged bikini.

Morgan swam lap after lap in the cool water, never tiring and her twenty third lap wouldn't be any different. She was now in a world she barely knew but she had to make her own. 'Heavy is the head that wears the crown' she'd hear people say and they were right about that, she would rip Mignon's off her head if it was the last thing she did but for now, she would train. Finishing her last lap, Morgan lifted herself from the pool and grabbed her towel to soak up the excess water from her body. She thought about doing a little research on The Federation to better prepare herself for her class tomorrow since she drowned out much of what Jesse said yesterday.

Just then another wave of that strange shiver racked her body causing Morgan to stumble on to the lounge chairs by the poolside. Shit! She'd forgotten about this bloody problem. That delicious high taking over her body as stars danced in her yellow vision. So many stars. She could feel her juice flowing into her thong some even slipping past to run down her thigh.

Morgan now knew what this meant, she needed to mate soon. He was here in the Underworld. She knew because she sensed something primal, a carnivorous need yesterday but only for a fleeting moment. It was only a matter of time before they found each other, so she wasn't worried neither was she looking forward to it. Her heart still grieved for Tarek even though he was the biggest scum that ever lived. Taking slow steps she went take another shower.

Morgan heard a noise from the depths of her sleep. She sprung up from her pillow to see that it was almost night and who was the intruder rummaging through her house at this time. Morgan wouldn't be surprised if it were burglars, this place was the source for all things evil so she expected it. Taking careful quiet steps, Morgan went downstairs and heard muffled voices talking in her kitchen. Slowly walking to the area to see what they were doing, the blond hair of her sister put her mind at ease and sparked up curiosity at the handsome man standing beside her. There's only one man Lourdes would have that close to her talking so lowly in her ear and gently stroking her arm as she poured out some of the Devil's Truth.

"You must be Quinn." They both jumped at Morgan's voice, turning their heads to look at her. Regaining his composure, he smiled the walked over to Morgan extending his hand for a shake which she did.

"And you must be Morgan."

"I am."

"Lourdes speaks highly of you, everyday... literally." his brows creased at the revelation.

"Of course she does, I'm her favourite afterall."

"Is that so?" an amused look crossed his face as he looked at Morgan trying to figure her out but she gave nothing away her face was blank as a sheet of paper. Morgan didn't like him.

"Let's find out shall we." she threatened because that was how she felt. His face got serious at her tone.

"I'll be more than happy to-"

"Hey you two, stop it." Lourdes interjected coming to stand on between the pair. "Morgan, this is my love, my heart. I want the both of you to get along. For me, please." The princess sighed then felt regret at her actions. She should be happy for her sister.
