The time off had been glorious, even though it had come at the expense of Diana. Morgan was having a grand time staying home and taking care of her brother. Besides the crying and stinky messes he made, he was a delightful little being, so much so that Morgan could even see parts of herself in him. He too had a light which he got from their father and Morgan would try her best to protect it, to protect him. Mercer knew no evil and she wouldn't allow Mignon to corrupt him.

However, as much as she loved having Mercer in her arms, the kid was getting heavier and she needed to take a break. She had called the baby's nurse to tend to his needs while she took herself out on a date. She didn't know where to yet but she'd find a cozy spot to have dinner and then throw caution to the wind. The nurse, who Morgan had come to learn her name was Lilia, went into the nursery with Mercer as Morgan got ready.

Morgan had washed and detangled her large curly hair during her shower and now she was styling the bundle into a classic low ponytail. Her makeup was next and like an artist the princess lined, contoured and highlighted her already gorgeous face to perfection. She literally couldn't be more stunning.

There was enough gloss on her lips to grease a thousand stiff hinges, so Morgan was extremely careful when she began putting on her outfit. Donning a tight, risqué denim number which would surely have heads spinning, a portion of her ass was on display but she didn't care because she wanted the old Morgan back, not the crying mess she'd become. The tiny clear heels she put on would kill her feet but she'd survive.

She took up her matching purse with money and other effects she'd probably require. Morgan bid farewell to Lilia and her brother then had her driver take her to the most exclusive restaurant that existed within their domain. Her confidence was through the roof as she walked like a supermodel into the establishment and requested a table for herself.

The maître d' graciously escorted her to a table reserved for Royals only and she was pleased. Morgan noticed the prying eyes of the upper class but she took her seat in the private section away from the other dining guests then immediately ordered the most expensive wine they had. This was how it should be, the best of everything for her which no one could give but herself.

She drank and ate the main course, ordered desert then drank some more. Morgan was far from getting a buzz, she ordered another bottle of wine which still did nothing for her. Rolling her eyes, Morgan realized the only thing she was doing was spending money on a drink that wasn't adding to her good mood. Now would've been a good time to have some of that Devil's Piss or whatever Lourdes called it. Putting down a hefty sum of gold coins on the table which was way more than necessary, Morgan thanked the staff who attended to her then left the restaurant. Where else could she go? Her driver came just in time to pick her up as she contemplated the question.

"Harper, I'd like to go dancing. Take me to the best club." Morgan instructed her driver who gave a firm nod in response.

Morgan didn't have Lourdes or Diana to accompany her so she would have to create a vibe of her own and have a good time. She was a little apprehensive being among the demons that have seen her defeated but if she was to be Queen one day, it was best be reacquainted with her subjects.
