Based on my direction of the story, this will the final chapter. Enjoy!😊

There were certain things Morgan had regretted in her life. She should've stood up to her bullies in ballet class, she should've spent more time with Lourdes and Mercer and she shouldn't have given a damn about anything her mother said because she was an amazing woman. Regardless of how she felt, Morgan had no regrets about killing Mignon. Their connection was finally severed, she should've done it sooner instead of toying with her. Everything happened so quickly. The fallout from the execution was severe but Morgan was ready for it. She didn't get a chance to see her mother's decapitated corpse, she only heard the thud of Mignon's body hitting the ground. The volcano of chaos had erupted as shouts filled the silent room, some of anger and resentment, others of emotional pleas, all of which paled in comparison to distressed cry of her angelic father. It was the sweetest song ever written, the highest point of bedlam.

"Roman no!"

Kade's yell was packed with fear, it was fear for her life. Not soon after his cry, Morgan eyes had barely shifted in his direction only to be met by Roman pouncing on top of her. The last time she saw a fearsome look on his face, her life was in jeopardy. He'd ripped into her throat and left her for dead. Roman had that same appearance when he attacked her now and Morgan couldn't react in a timely manner. He grabbed her tightly by the neck with both hands and smashed her into the floor, he then thrusted her along the hard ground destroying it. Roman hurtled them both through rooms, halls, courtyard and the servant's entrance, wrecking the interior walls and priceless artifacts of the palace until they ended up in Mignon's garden. Morgan groaned as she slowly opened her eyes to look up at him. Roman was already standing over her with a menacing expression, his black hair and leather jacket was covered in the greyish-white dust from the partitions but he seemed unbothered by it. His beautiful face would have been a welcome distraction from pain she felt after dragging her through the palace like a rag doll, but it wasn't.

"Stay down!" Roman barked at Morgan but that only seemed to make her crazier. The Queen was done taking orders from that bastard.

"Like hell I will." Morgan grunted before using her right foot to hook it under Roman's left knee which threw him completely off balance.

Before Roman could fall on his back, Morgan sprang to her feet at an alarmingly high speed to grab his arm. She'd only meant to whirl him around then toss him back into the palace like she'd seen field athletes do, however, Morgan truly didn't know her own strength until she heard Roman shriek with foul language and saw him frantically skyrocketing through the air in the direction of the city.

"Holy shit! Did I just do that?" Morgan exclaimed in excitement, the excess adrenaline pumping through her veins made her feel more alive than her own blood.

Morgan immediately took off into night sky following in the same direction she'd flung him. Morgan was desperate to see how far she'd thrown Roman. Like an eagle gliding through the air, Morgan smirked at the realization that Roman wasn't as powerful as she'd thought. He certainly didn't expect her to over power him like that. Morgan lowered her head to observe the edifices and complexes Roman had taken down with him when he reached the city. She found her former lover climbing out from the scorched remains of her favourite café that once dwelled in the heart of the city and he did not look pleased. His leather jacket and T-shirt were torn, exposing the smooth, white pectoral and abdominal muscles she'd licked more than a few times. Roman's usually perfect hair was disheveled and dirty in addition to having an awful gash running from the bridge of his nose and ending just below his left earlobe. Nope, he definitely wasn't happy to see her.

Morgan daintily perched into a crouching position on the remaining column of the café with a mocking smile on her lips. She couldn't help giggling at Roman when she watched him touch the scar on his face and look at his tattered garment. The scowl he sported was an open invitation for teasing.
