Wyatt's Point of View

I scoffed, couldn't believe what she said. "Sa tingin mo valid 'yang reason? You're selfish, Agleen!"

"Sige, sabihin na nating selfish ako dahil sa ginawa ko," she uttered before looking straight into my eyes. "Ikaw? Minahal mo ba talaga siya? Hindi ba't naging selfish ka rin? Pinili mong saktan siya para iligtas ang sarili mo sa kahihiyan na ikaw mismo ang nag-umpisa."

I fucking know that! So, why? Bakit kailangan pa niyang banggitin iyon at ipamukha kung ano ang pagkakamaling nagawa ko? Fuck it!

"That wouldn't happen if it's not because of you," I gritted my teeth. "All of the conflicts that were happening to me were all because of you! If you haven't come back... You shouldn't have come back, Agleen!"

Her lips trembled, and she couldn't utter any words. She stayed there with her mouth shut while her tears continued to come out. And I also stayed there, clenching my fist while looking at her. I don't feel any pity. All I could feel was the anger in my chest.

"Wyatt!"

I heard Jacob scream my name, but I did not look back. But thanks to him, I started to notice the students around me and Agleen.

What is this? Kanina pa ba sila narito? Hindi ko man lang napansin. Nang igala ko ang mga mata ko sa crowd ay nakita kong may mga nagbubulong-bulungan, ang iba naman ay walang clue sa kung ano ang pinag-uusapan namin, at ang iba ay halatang naaawa sa pag-iyak ni Agleen.

Oo nga pala, na sa hallway kami kaya makakukuha talaga kami ng atensyon ng mga estudyante. Lalo na't oras ngayon ng break time ng ibang mga estudyante ngunit hindi kabilang doon ang section nila Agleen.

"Shit," humahangos na nakarating sa tabi ko si Jacob. Hinawakan pa nito ang balikat ko habang hinahabol ang kaniyang hininga. "Let's go. Fuck. Anong ginagawa mo sa gitna ng mga taong 'to? Nag s-shoot ba kayo ng drama o ano?"

"Kanina ka pa namin hinahanap," sabi ni Yuan, na na sa tabi ko na rin.

"Tara na, tapos naman na kami mag-usap," usal ko. Akmang tatalikod na ako nang maramdaman ko ang kamay ni Agleen sa braso ko. Lumingon ako sa kaniya at marahas na tinanggal ang kamay niya sa'king braso. "Don't you fucking touch me," may diin na sabi ko bago siya tuluyang tinalikuran.

"Wyatt, please! Don't do this to me, Wyatt!" She shouted that repeatedly, but I did not look back at her again.

I just continued to walk with my two friends. I don't know where Hans is. Maybe he is still on the rooftop.

I sighed.

Yuan caressed my back, probably heard my heavy sigh. "Nailabas mo na ba lahat ng galit mo sa kaniya?" He asked.

"I don't know," umiling ako at muling napabuntong hininga. "I want to see Aiden, but I don't know where he is in California."

"Ngayon alam mo na ang pagkakamaling nagawa mo? Ngayong wala na siya, saka mo pa siya naisip na hanapin," Jacob said, shaking his head.

"Hans was very disappointed. You know how supportive he was of your relationship with Aiden. Did you really hurt him to save your ego?" Yuan asked.

I shook my head and gave him an honest answer. "I don't care what people say but... I don't want to disappoint my parents, especially grandpa, that's why."

"You don't want to disappoint them, but why do you want to see Aiden now?" Jacob asked, turning his head to me.

"They said that they already knew about our relationship. They even asked me why we broke up. If I just found out about it sooner, I wouldn't lose Aiden." I answered.
