"Good morning Mr. Alberich!" Said one of Kaeya's coworkers, "Good morning," he replied.
"You gonna stay the whole day today?" His coworker teased, "I'll try." Kaeya smiled as he went to work.
A few hours passed by, it was now 6:45, nothing interesting happen...and Kaeya was really getting sick of it.
"Hey, how about we get some drinks after work?" Said one of Kaeya's coworkers.
"Yes please!" Answered another of his coworkers, "That sounds great!" A few others said.
Thank god...
Kaeya thought as he smiled, "I'll go," he said.
"Great! Hopefully it's not too packed at Angel's Share." Kaeya's coworker gave Kaeya a small smile.
How long has it been...
Kaeya looked over to the clock, 7:10.
Just gotta make it to 9:00.
He let out a relieved sigh.
"Sir..what's this on your calendar?.." Zhongli asked as he was standing in front of the calendar that Zhongli usually filled for Albedo.
"I got invited to a party by Nikolai, I didn't want to forget...and now thinking about it, he should be picking me up soon." Albedo let a small smile form on his face.
"Nikolai? Who's that?" Zhongli raised an eyebrow.
Oh, that's right..Albedo hasn't told Zhongli about what happened yesterday.
"Nick..his real names Nikolai, he used to be in the same gang as me." Albedo got up from his desk and began walking to his room to change.
"Are you sure you can trust this Nikolai?" Zhongli turned his body to face Albedo, he looked pretty stern.
"Of course," Albedo said...but he was doubting it a little. "Now, I've got to change."
Albedo closed the door behind him when he entered his bedroom.
He looked in his closet, scanning every piece of clothing he had...he didn't know how to dress for something like this.
Perhaps I should just wear a button down and some black pants..it's a little cold so I'll add a black coat as well.
Albedo grabbed everything he needed and got dressed into them quickly.
Albedo looked to the clock.
7:45.
It took me that long to get dressed? God..
Albedo looked in the mirror and fixed his hair up a bit.
His phone suddenly buzzed, scaring him a little since it came out of nowhere.
[Nikolai] I'm here, sorry I'm a little early...hope you don't mind!
[Albedo] That's fine, I'll come right out.
Albedo didn't know if he was excited...or terrified of the night ahead of him.
