[morning]
-Saturday, 7:30-

Kazuha's alarm screamed at him to get up, but he just groaned, trying to fall back asleep but the alarm wouldn't stop until he got up.

"Fine.." he muttered as he sat up, turning his alarm off.

He got up, stretched, and went to his bathroom to shower and put on some appropriate clothes.

After that, he went in the kitchen to make some coffee.

He reached in his cabinet to get Paroxetine, he didn't count how many he got out of the bottle, but he reminded rinsed it down with his coffee; the bitter taste making him wince.

Kazuha looked at his phone, it read 8:00.

I'm sure Kaeya is up by now.
Kazuha shoved his phone back in his pocket, leaving his coffee on the counter as he left to go to Kaeya's motel.

Kazuha sort of dissociated the whole way there, so he was pretty surprised when he saw he was in front of Kaeya's door after snapping back to reality.

He cleared his throat, as if that would help him become for professional before he knocked on the door.

Kaeya groaned into his pillow.

He heard someone knock on his door over and over again.

Maybe if I just wait long enough they'll go away...
Kaeya thought. The knocking stopped for a few minutes, Kaeya slowly started to fall back asleep before the knocking started again even louder.

Fine!
Kaeya got up, realizing that he was completely nude; he quickly put on some clothes (gray sweatpants and a dark gray shirt).

He looked over to Albedo, who was sleeping peacefully.

Kaeya smiled slightly before leaving the room.

Kaeya went to the front door, he hesitated for a moment before opening it.

"Hello Mr.Alberich." Kazuha put on a unsettling smile.

Kaeya's eyes widened, he felt himself begin to sweat.

"Kazuha!" He stuttered from surprise, "You're here..um—why?" He asked nervously.

Please don't wake up Albedo.
He thought.

"I wanted to talk to about the Fatui case. I'm sorry for bothering you on a Saturday, but this is very important. May I come in" Kazuha didn't wait for an answer before he began to invite himself in, but Kaeya stopped him.

"It's quite early...maybe you could come back later?" Kaeya tried not to look him in the eyes. Kazuha furrowed his brows in confusion, "No. I can't. I'm very busy today."

"Then perhaps another day?" Kaeya suggested, Kazuha just shook his head and said; "I don't think you understand how important this is to the case."

"I know I just.." Kaeya sighed, feeling defeated.

Albedo woke up to the sound of muffled chatting coming from the main room, he sat up rubbing his eyes.
