Lloyd was with Sorla and she spread a red map out front of them and were showing them where the Ice Castle was she pointed to a point on the map and said, "You're friend, Zane, is imprisoned here, in the Ice Emperor's Castle. There are only two paths through the mountains, and she pointed to a path and said, "This is the safest,"

"A pass?" Lloyd asked in the old tongue, it is called, "Mala-Wojira,"

"Mala-Wojira?" Lloyd said

"Wojra's Wrath," Sorla explained and then said, "But you must be careful, you cannot make a sound in this place. You cannot speak or whisper, even your footfalls must be like a gentle breeze,"

"Why?" Lloyd

"If you make a sound Wojra will strike you down,"

"Okay, but what is it?" Lloyd asked

Sorla made a strange motion with her hands and Lloyd then said, "Okay. Great, well I guess we'll just be quiet," he then took the map and exited the house. The ninja were waiting outside and Misty was leaning against Cole as she was examining a crystal katana she had just made. she held it up to the sun to make sure no cracks were visible. Jay had snow shoes on and Kai was struggling to put his on. Nya was looking at the tracker and Cole seemed to be relaxing.

"Any luck?" Lloyd asked Nya hopefully.

"Nothing, It's really weird, the signal keeps coming in and out," Nya said

"Huh, maybe the cold is interfering?" Lloyd said

"Cold shouldn't matter. It's like the signal is weak, but the mech had a brand-new battery. It makes no sense!" Nya said

Just then Kai shouted, "Hey guys! Have you tried these? You gotta try them," he had his snow shoes on and was running around on the snow. And he said, "You can walk on top of the snow,"

"I think that's the point," Cole said both he and Misty were now standing Misty had her katana over her shoulder and her eyes were narrowed as she spotted two ice fishermen hurrying across the ice toward the village.

"What will they think of next?" Jay said with a laugh.

One of the Ice fishermen shouted, "ALARM, ALARM! They're coming!"

The ninja approached the group of villagers and the fishermen shouted, "Blizzard Samurai, on the march." "Heading for our village, we saw them coming down the pass," the other fishermen shouted

"I heard them first, Boma's hearing isn't as good as--" The other started to say but was cut off by the other shouting, "Don't start that again!"

Sorla shouted, "Boma, Uthaug! Are you sure you saw this? You saw them?" The two nodded and Sorla then said, "Gather the elders there's no time to lose,"

They gathered inside Sorla's house and the elders talked among themselves.

"What do we do? The pass is only a few hours away!" One shouted

"We have to hide. We must abandon the village!" Another shouted

"And leave the fire behind? Are you mad?" Another argued

"What choice do we have? I say we hide in the village of the Formlings." Another butted in,

"I won't go there! Not after what happened. That place is cursed!" The other said and the elders began to argue. Misty looked around and saw the villagers frightened expressions and one of the Elders shouted. "It is the only option!"

"We cannot abandon the Fire. The Fire is life! We must protect it!" Sorla shouted

"I don't understand. Can't you just light another?" Kai said there was silence and he then said, "You know, with matches? Or something?" The Elders start whispering again.
