Hi! Yep, just preparing to rest.

I helped out sa chores kanina when I arrived and I bonded with the kids too. I got a little sad lang because most of them said they miss Paulene and well, I do too even if ilang days pa lang since I've known her and since she left.

But it's all good naman na. I just told them na Paulene is doing fine with her new family and that someday, they'll have their own ones too.

You know what they told me?

That they're already a family in here. They're siblings na raw, they don't need any other. And that the staff and nuns here are their parents. And that we're their Kuyas and Ates including our friends. That's so cute, di'baaaaa?

Yep, it totally is.

Unfortunately though, they have no choice but to move out once they turn 18 if by then they aren't still adopted by any family.

We will be unable to adopt new ones at the Center if the old ones will continue to be there. And reaching 18 is a point of their life where they have to start making decisions of their own. Their lives must start there.

Yeah. That's just a little sad.

So I hope before then, they'll be able to find people who'll be their families as well.

I hope for that too.

Especially for Eros and Psyche because they're such nice kids. They deserve to have a family who will be able to let them grow in a healthy environment.

Yup, yup! All the kids here, actually. That's what I want for them.

I won't be fetching you from the Center nor will I be sending you back there but the deal is that I'll wait for you at the terminal every morning when you have a 7 AM class and we can grab breakfast together or I'll prepare it for you in advance. Ihahatid din kita sa terminal tuwing hapon to make sure you'll be able to catch the last bus going back to town.

And I'll fetch you and send you back to the Center every Thursday since it's my vacant.
