Once again Ari woke feeling well rested, relaxed, and he woke up much later than he usually did. He woke up seeing Christa peacefully asleep breathing through her mouth softly and pressed right into Ari's chest listening to his heartbeat. The rope that still secured her wrists had loosened only slightly in the night. Ari leaned forward and planted a kiss on Christa's forehead.

Ari:*whisper* Good morning, my love.

From there he simply waited and enjoyed the sunlight that had crept into the pair's tent. It lit up both of their body's a little. Ari admired the pale, blond girl in front of him, she was so small, cute, smart, fit, kind, and everything else, Ari really did love her with all his heart. Soon after Christa yawned and slowly opened her eyes, she was greeted by Ari's smiling face.

Christa: Good morning, darling.

They both leaned in and kissed for a second before relaxing in each other's grasp.

Ari: How are your arms and wrists feeling?

Christa: They're just fine, Ari. Don't worry.

Just then some hair fell down onto Christa's face. Knowing she couldn't do anything about it Ari took the liberty and moved it back behind her ear. After that he stroked her cheek and just looked into her beautiful blue eyes and she looked back into his hazel ones.

A few hours later they were outside enjoying the lovely day. Both of them were fully dressed and Christa was fully free of ropes. Both of them wanted to and planned to tell them their secrets today, but neither of them knew exactly how to do it. After all, Ari was telling Christa he was a titan, and Christa was going to tell him her real name and how she is technically a nobel. Eventually Ari decided to ask if Christa wanted to go on a hike. According to Thomas, who was near this area during the expedition, there was a nice overlook nearby. They packed up their knife, food, and water. But just before they were about to leave Christa also packed a good amount of rope, originally Ari thought this may be because she would want to be tied up again, but the way she asked for it to be packed didn't seem that way.

As they walked through the forest both of them knew something was bothering the other, yet neither of them spoke about it. Eventually they reached the overlook and it was quite beautiful. It was a rock and dirt cliff face that was about a 15 meter drop into some fields and beyond that you could see more woods.

Ari: Wow, Thomas wasn't kidding, this is beautiful.

Christa: Yeah, this is incredible.

They both sat down next to each other and let their legs dangle off the cliff as they enjoyed the great view and the gentle breeze. They both took each other's hands and interlaced their fingers together.

Christa's thoughts: This is it, I should tell him here. He deserves to know, and if I don't tell him now, I may never muster the courage again.

She stood up and walked over to the backpack and fished out the rope.

Christa: Ari, I need you too.....ummm....

Ari was also telling himself that he needed to tell Christa this now or he never would. But he was still befuddled by the rope. He got up as well and put on a calm voice and put his hand on her shoulder.

Ari: It's ok Christa, just tell me what you'd like me to do and I'll do it.

This helped ease her and she requested that he put the rope around his waist and her waist. Ari was surprised by this but he did it. He tied it around her waist first then his own, leaving about a meter of slack in between. She tugged on it to make sure it was secure.
