I decided that the best way to get him to go away would be to humor him, so I followed him a little ways away from where I'd just been sitting

"Okay. What did you want to talk to me about?" I asked curtly, immediately crossing my arms.

"You look gorgeous." Ryan said quietly with a smile. Gag me.

"Is that all? I'm gonna go now. Bye." I went to move away but Ryan wouldn't let me leave.

"Stop! Jesus Olivia I'm just trying to talk to you!" Ryan raised his voice. I looked around and saw people staring at us as they walked by.

"Lower your voice Ryan people are watching us." I burned holes in his body with mine. He didn't even look at me. He just looked down and then over my shoulder, probably back at the table I'd just left.

"I miss you, Olivia

"I miss you, Olivia." He finally said.

"I left this city to get away from you. I want nothing to do with you." I seethed. It wasn't entirely true. I left the city for a number of reasons, one just happened to be to get away from the memories of him. But I sure as hell wasn't going to say that.
