"So, what are you going to be for Halloween this year?" Jayden asked, breaking the silence between her, Brittany, and Santana as they waited for Glee Club to start.

"The devil herself," Santana smirked.

"I'm going as a peanut allergy," Brittany said, smiling innocently. "What about you, Guppy?"

"I don't know if I'm gonna be dressing up this year," Jayden mumbled.

"Why not?" Santana frowned.

"Cause when I tried my costume on...I...you know..." the younger girl said, lowering her gaze.

"What's your costume?" Brittany asked.

"A butterfly."

"Jay-Jay, look at me," Santana said, gently lifting the Jewish girl's head up so their eyes met. "That is the perfect costume for you. You know why?"

"Why?"

"Because butterflies can't see their wings. They can't see how truly beautiful they are, but everyone else can," Santana said gently as she brushed a flyaway out of Jayden's face. "People are like that as well."

Jayden smiled softly, blinking back the tears that filled her eyes at the older girl's words.

"Great news guys!" Mr. Schue announced as he walked into the choir room with a stack of scripts. "I've had a little inspiration. This week's musical lesson isn't really a lesson. It's a musical."

"Please be Evita," Rachel pleaded quietly. "Please be Evita. Please be Evita–"

"Rocky Horror!"

Jayden gasped, gabbing onto Santana's arm as she exchanged an excited look with the two older cheerleaders. Just the other night, Brittany and Santana had taken Jayden to her first midnight viewing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show – without telling Rachel, of course.

"I've never seen it," Finn mumbled.

"Mr. Schue?" Rachel raised her hand. "While I admire your choice of a groundbreaking 70's musical, aren't you worried that the adult themes might be a point of controversy?"

"Seriously, a school in Texas couldn't even do Rent," said Kurt. "It caused an outrage and they had to cancel the show."

"Isn't that the whole point of the arts?" Mr. Schue questioned. "Pushing boundaries? Doing things people say you can't do for the sake of self-expression?"

Jayden furrowed her brows and exchanged a look with Brittany, who just shrugged.

"Look, I figured it all out. I cut out some of the more risqué sections and I'm sending home permission slips to all your parents to make sure they're okay with it. And we're going to charge admission and use the proceeds to help pay for transportation to nationals in New York! Okay, let's talk about casting."

"Finn and I will play Brad and Janet," Rachel quickly said.

"And I'll be playing the guy in the wheelchair, right?" Artie asked.

"That's what I was thinking," Mr. Schue nodded. "And, I thought Kurt could play the role of Frankenfurter."

"No," Kurt shook his head. "There is no way I'm playing a transvestite in high heels and fishnets and wearing lipstick."

"Why, cause that look was last season?" Santana asked with a teasing smirk.

"I'll do it," Mike spoke up.
