Julianna had no idea how they ended up here.

It all started when Kitty was pissed off about getting such a small part in the school musical. She was pissed off and lashing out at Julia more, which really pissed the dancer off. They'd been at each other's throats all week, which eventually brought them here:

Julia pinned against the door of the janitor's closet as her and Kitty aggressively made out with each other, the cheerleader's hands roaming up and down the smaller girl's body.

It made sense that Kitty was in the closet – literally and metaphorically. Julia was technically in one too since the only person she's come out to is Matti, who in turn told her about her own sexuality.

It didn't come as too much of a surprise to Julia when Kitty grabbed her arm and yanked her into the janitor's closet and instantly crashed their lips together. She obviously had a lot that she was keeping inside, and if she was afraid of those feelings, it made sense why she was always so mean to everyone, especially Julianna.

The dancer gasped and threw her head back against the door when Kitty bit her bottom lip. The blonde attached her lips to Julia's neck, nipping and sucking aggressively.

"I hate you so much," Kitty growled, pressing her hips into Julia's to feel her body closer to hers. "But, fuck, I love your body."

"You're such a bitch, you know that right?" Julia breathily spat. She reached her arms up and wrapped them around Kitty's shoulders, pulling her closer to her.

Kitty bit Julia's neck, dragging her tongue along the mark to soothe it before kissing it tenderly. "I know you're mine," she smirked, circling her hips as she grinded onto the brunette.

Julia let out a small whimper and tilted her head to give Kitty better access as she continued the assault on her neck. "I-I'm still– fuck ...ki-kicking your ass when we get out of here...b-bitch."

Jayden sat across from Cassandra at a booth at the Spotlight Diner, where the woman had suggested they go for lunch so that they could talk about things.

Jayden could feel her phone buzzing in her pocket – it was most likely Brittany freaking out after reading the "OMFG I FOUND MY MOM" text that she had sent her – but she ignored it. She'd explain everything later.

She took a sip of her Pepsi, breathing slowly through her nose as she finally looked up to meet Cassandra's eyes. "Why did you do it?" she asked quietly. She drew a star in the condensation on the glass. "Give me up?"

"I didn't want to," Cassie sighed, leaning back against the booth as she sipped her wine. "I wanted you more than anything, but I had some issues and your dads were looking for a second daughter. ...But not a day went by that I didn't regret it...Can I show you something?"

Jayden nodded. Cassie took her phone out of her pocket and motioned for Jayden to come over to her side of the table. She slowly stood up, her hands shaking with nervousness as she sat down next to her mom in the booth.

Cassie handed her her phone, which was open to a picture of her birth certificate. Jayden zoomed in on her name, tears filling her eyes as she looked over the cursive.

Jadelynn Skylar July.

"Skylar...Skye," Jayden whispered, barely audible.

"When your dads signed the papers to adopt you, they changed your entire name," Cassie said, a hint of irritation in her voice mixed in with pain.
