Jayden walked into the choir room, furrowing her brows when she saw Puck. The older boy caught her eye, and she quickly looked away.

"When did he get out of juvie?" she whispered as she sat down next to Tina.

"Over the weekend, I think," Tina shrugged.

"They should've kept him in there," Jayden mumbled as Tina chuckled and nodded in agreement.

Santana walked in, smirking as she sat down next to Puck in the back row. Jayden pouted, crossing her arms over her chest as she sank down in her chair. Now that he was back, Santana was going to ditch her to hang out with him instead.

You should've known you'd be nothing more than someone for her to screw while her boy toy was away.

At least I still have Brittany?

She's gonna leave you too.

"Alright guys, let's get down to business," Mr. Schue said as he walked into the choir room. "First, let's welcome back Noah Puckerman. Puck, I hope your time in juvie has taught you a lesson or two about right and wrong?"

"Are you kidding me?" Puck scoffed. "I ruled that place. All I did was crack skulls and lift weights all day."

"Oh, what a catch, can't believe I ever let you go," Quinn mumbled sarcastically.

"And now, drumroll, Finn! Because I have in my hand our competition for sectionals next month," Mr. Schue said as the quarterback played a drumroll. "First, the acapella group from the all-boys private school in Westerville, the Dalton Academy Warblers."

"Okay, hold up," Santana chuckled. "Like a million awesome gay jokes just popped into my head."

"And the other team to beat, the Hipsters. A first-year club from the Warren Township continuing education program," Mr. Schue continued. "Now, they are a glee club composed entirely of elderly people getting their high school GEDs."

"Is that legal?" Rachel asked.

"How are we supposed to compete against a bunch of adorable old people?" Mercedes frowned.

"Are you kidding?" Puck scoffed. "Brittle bones. Give one of those old ladies a good luck pat on the rear, it'll shatter her pelvis."

"That's so mean," Jayden pouted. "Don't hurt the old people."

"Moving on," Mr. Schue said. "Since this seems to get you guys jazzed about sectionals last year, I wanna make this week our second annual boys versus girls tournament. So, split up into two groups, and figure out which songs you're gonna sing."

Jayden stood up, sticking her hands into the pocket's of Brittany's letterman as she made her way over to where the girls were grouping together.

"Okay, I have mash-up ideas in my emergency mash-up–"

"Kurt, gonna say it again," Mr. Schue said, interrupting Rachel. "Boys team."

****

"The boys beat us the last time we competed against them, we've gotta bring the noise hard this time," Mercedes said as the girls worked on their costumes in the choir room

"To be fair, they didn't officially beat us," said Quinn. "We got busted for Vitamin D possession before the vote."

"It was worth it," Jayden shrugged. "Although, looking back, I don't exactly remember anything from that day except being really hyper."

"Wait. Something's definitely wrong," said Santana. "Why isn't Rachel talking?"

"Yeah, she should totally be bossing us around right now," Brittany added.
