After an eventful evening getting attacked and capturing criminals, Kenny felt sore. One of the bastards had managed to stab him in the shoulder which had fucking hurt, but he was just so used to it now.
He rubbed his shoulder as Mr Garrison completed roll call, subconsciously looking over at the empty seat at the front of class. Pip was still nowhere to be seen. He'd checked all around South Park the night before but there was no sign of him anywhere. A few months ago, Kenny wouldn't have noticed if he was even missing or not. He was glad he'd changed.
Pip had changed him.
At breaktime he decided to investigate further. He walked into the canteen and sat with his friends, figuring one of them would possibly comment on the missing Brit and maybe have an inkling to where he was. He graciously accepted a bag of potato chips from Kyle and listened to them chat.
"And then Wendy was all like 'yeah, that would be great'. I can just feel it now! She's totally digging me again!" Stan grinned, feeling more confident than ever.
"Are you sure about that?" Kyle put in. "I mean, last time you thought she was back into you she was secretly dating Token."
"This time it's different. I can tell she likes me again."
Kenny rolled his eyes. Stan was constantly getting over Wendy only to fall desperately in love with her again and he would go on about her for months and months until she ultimately broke his heart again. He was moping around like a lovesick puppy. It was a little bit gross.
"I forgot how much her lips taste like strawberries."
Okay, a lot gross.
"Enough, enough." Kyle groaned at the image. "Look, I'm happy for you, Stan. Really, I am. Just be careful, alright? I don't want to see you getting hurt again. Be careful around her."
"Thanks Kyle. I really do appreciate it." he smiled, sipping from his juice box. "So, how's Kenny today?"
Kenny lazily made a thumbs up sign with his hand.
"Any girls you've been fucking with lately?"
"Well there is one..."
"Who?"
"Wendy."
Stan spat out his drink. He went beet red and Kyle's eyes widened. As Stan went to open his mouth to yell at him, Kenny burst out laughing. "I'm kidding, I'm kidding! Got ya good though!"
Stan felt his anger seeping away and let out a sigh of relief as Kyle laughed. "Good one, Ken'. As if that would ever happen."
Kenny chuckled darkly. "Yeah..."

Kenny slouched his way down the corridor with his hands in his pockets. His encounter with his friends had left him feeling like shit. They had reminded him of how worthless he actually was and it sucked ass. He'd forgotten how much their words could hurt him.
He heard some girls giggling up ahead and kept his head low as they walked past him. Kenny had no time for bitches.
"I have to admit, that is pretty funny. Even for him."
"Yeah! He said he was having a time out."
"Having a time out!"
The girls giggled again.
"Having a time out where?"
"Inside his locker."
Kenny's eyes shot open. He suddenly knew exactly who they were talking about and now knew why he hadn't been able to find him.
