Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.

December 8, 2022.

Madison Stone's Point Of View.

"Hi Andrey," I greet him. "Everything okay?" I ask and he smiles.

"Yeah, everything's fine. It's just that I was at home with nothing to do and decided to come here to help you. "

"Oh, thank you. Come in," I say and he does it, so I close the door.

"There's a car parked out front and it appears to be Bryan's," he looks at me, "Is he here?"

"Yes. He got here a while ago and is upstairs in my room helping me put my stuff in the boxes. Let's go up there." I call him and he shuts his face. "He didn't come to hit on me, okay?"

"He came to do what then?" He says showing anger in his tone of voice.

"Keep your voice down. He came to help me, just like you." I'm not going to tell him what Bryan had the confidence in me to tell. "Let's go up there, please."

He takes a deep breath and looks around.

"You already have a lot of things packed, but there is still a lot to box, right?" And I smile.

"Yes. We're moving Saturday, so we only have today and tomorrow to finish packing everything," I say and he agrees.

"What do you want me to help with?"

"If you want to help Bryan and me finish putting my shoes in the box, that would be great."

"Okay. So let's go up there then."

We enter my room and from Bryan's surprised expression, I don't think he heard what Andrey and I said downstairs.

"Please don't fight," I say as soon as Bryan and Andrey face each other.

"There won't be any fighting for me," Bryan says as he closes the box where he was putting my sneakers.

"Not for me either," Andrey agrees and I smile, even though I know there are possibilities of the two of them arguing.

"Thanks, guys."

"Mad, I'm done putting all your sneakers away. Only a few heels and boots are left in the closet," and I agree.

"Then later I will put them away, because I want to eat something now. Are you guys hungry?"

"A little," Bryan replies and Andrey agrees.

I think about going downstairs and making a pancake for us, but I end up giving up, since I would still have to make the dough.

"Then I will order us a pizza to eat, is that okay?" I ask already grabbing my cell phone from the nightstand and putting it on the delivery app and they agree. "Do you guys have any flavor preferences?"

"Four cheese, but whatever you order I will eat," Bryan says and I look at Andrey.

"Calabrian," he opines.

"Then I will order two pizzas with the flavors you chose," I say and start ordering.

"I will pay for them, okay?" Andrey speaks.

"I will help pay too, Mad," Bryan offers and Andrey denies it.

"No. I will pay for it myself."

"You're not the boss of me. I want and I will pay for it," Bryan strikes back.

It is not possible that even because of this they are going to fight.

"Neither of you will pay anything!" I say loud and clear. "I'm the one who's going to pay, because I'm the one who offered."

They glance at each other and stand silently, they both staring at the ground.

"Are we clear?"

"Yes.." they respond in unison by bowing their heads.

"Great."

I order the two pizzas and a big bottle of soda to go with our snack, finishing the order right away.

"It's done. In a few minutes our snack will arrive. Do you guys want to go downstairs to watch something?"

"Don't you have anything else to keep in the boxes?" Andrey questions.

"There are the shoes Bryan mentioned and the rest of my clothes, but you can rest assured, by tomorrow I will finish putting everything away."

"Are you sure?" Bryan asks and I agree.

"Yes. Let's go downstairs," I walk to the door and open it, then the boys agree and leave first, with me leaving soon after and closing the door.

We go down to the living room and sit on the sofa, where I sit in the middle of Bryan and Andrey, and after a little discussion we manage to come to a consensus and choose what we are going to watch, putting Spiderman: No Way Home, which is a movie that the three of us like.

As the movie nears its twenty-third minute mark, the doorbell rings for the third time in two hours, so we pause what we are watching and get up, walking to the door and opening it, where I pay for the delivery, Andrey gets the pizzas and Bryan the soda, carrying them to the small coffee table in the living room.

I thank the deliverer and go to the kitchen, where I get three glasses, ketchup and mayonnaise and return to the living room.

"Here," I place what I brought from the kitchen on the table and take a piece of the calabrian pizza, sitting down on the couch between Andrey and Bryan again.

We each take a glass and put some soda in it. Bryan plays the movie again and we pay attention to it again while we eat our snack.

Two hours later..

"Bye," I give Bryan a hug after opening the door.

According to him, Mrs. Miller texted him calling him to come home because his great-aunt is there. I say "according to him" because I saw from his lock screen that the one who had texted him asking him to go to her house was Sarah.

I think he lied because he didn't want to appear deluded or emotional in our eyes, especially with Andrey being here, although I don't think he would make fun of Bryan.

As he is walking away, I remember something, so I leave the house and take a short jog, catching up with him.

"Bryan," I stop beside him and he stares at me, "Call Sarah to go to the dance with you. It will be a great opportunity for you guys to be together," I give the suggestion and he smiles.

"Thanks for the idea. I will do just that," I give him a supportive smile and then go back inside the house.

"So... you're really not going to the dance?" Andrey asks as he stares at me intently.

"I don't know. Maybe I will, maybe I won't," I say sitting down on the other couch.

"I would really like you to go," and from the way he speaks, I can see that Ashley was right.

"I'm glad someone wants me there," I joke. "But it's just that I'm really not that excited."

"Why? It's going to be cool. If it's about the move, I will help when you and Mrs. Stone move into the new house," he says and I take a deep breath.

"I guarantee you that if I'm excited next Saturday, I will come."

"And if you're not? That dance won't be any fun without you." And I smile.

"I guarantee I will do my best to go and keep you company, since you will be a third wheel if I'm not there," I speak and he gives a little laugh.

"If you go, it will be a pleasure to have you as my company." He says and my heart speeds up when I hear that, not letting me hold back the big smile that forms on my lips.
