What would've happened if Dazai never left and INSTEAD became the boss? And he came across an...interesting little...

Today was his first day on the job.
He was shitting bricks.
"Relax. Nobody's going to kill you." The executive beside him whispered lowly, as they headed into the building. Since showing up with the literal boss would be a bit "overkill" or make him "an easy target" they've settled on him getting introduced as the newest addition to Chuuya's branch, or well, faction , as he heard the two men chat before.
The only issue here was the fact that Chuuya's faction was the black faction.
A faction solely designated and designed to fight and capture enemies, with only the selected few managing to get in the said faction.
The first person he saw was a redhead. He seemed to be not too older than him, a bruised face and a small little bandaid on his nose, cheek and eyebrow.
He seemed to be arguing, more like fighting with someone.
Someone rather uninterested.
There was a tall, slender raven in front of the man, who simply crossed his arms and rolled his eyes at the yelling man, before sparing a look towards him and Chuuya as they walked inside, making him gulp nervously.
"What kind of behaviour is this, Akutagawa?" Chuuya said, his tone different than before. It sent actual shivers down his spine and made him straighten his back, as if he were about to be scolded.

"Your question should be answered by this buffoon of a man, executive." The man simply shrugged, as he fixed up his coat.
Before he knew it, the redhead from his side walked over to the two of them, smacking both agaisnt their temple, somewhat like an angry mother, before huffing and going over to his chair, by the desk.
"I don't have the willpower to deal with the two of you. You'll answer me for this later. As for now, where the hell is Gin?" The man growled, fixing his hat and crossing his legs as he slammed his hands against the desk, making each head snap up to look at the executive, even Atsushi flinching at the violent reaction.
"She…she might be late. Our last mission had a bit of a grotesque ending." The raven coughed, into his hand, clearly even he was nervous by now.
" God , you lot never give me a break." Nakahara finally fell out as he slumped back into his chair and rubbed his temple, signalling for one of the two to bring him something, before the redhead in the room hurriedly brought him a stack of papers.
