As he finally returned to his senses, he found two things.

One, he was in the water.

Two, Akutagawa was unconscious ans drowning beside him.

Three , the remainder of the Moby Dick was floating around them.

He had little to no memory of what the hell happened, but he still dived, grabbed Akutagawa by his collar and began swimming to the shore, entire body aching and head spinning.

But still, a chuckle made it past his lips.

This was how he got in this mess in the first place. Saving a random ass man from drowning.

And as he finally arrived on the ground and threw the unconscious raven on it, he allowed himself to take a moment to just breathe .

"Wake the hell up, bastard." The tiger growled as he kicked the slender boy and made him twitch into consciousness.

"You….bastard," The man coughed, weakly, as he tried to get up, only to fall back down against the ground.

Atsushi too, sat down.

"We're alive. That's what matters." The tiger panted, as the adrenaline disappeared.

" We crashed ." Akutagawa reminded, unhelpfully. "At the very least we ruined the fuckers plan." The raven added, as he sighed, and took the hand that Atsushi reached out.

"Yeah. Exactly." He sighed back, getting up even though he could barely even stand, let alone walk. "Now, where is everyone? We need to help them, and what the hell happened?" The boy asked, still a bit dizzy.

"You are in no shape to help them. The most helpful thing now would be to stay out of our way." The raven breathed, as he too, got up, limping ever so slightly.

"And you are?" He couldn't help but roll his eyes as he looked around, seeing people yell and scream at basically nothing, fight each other, one man literally kicking his car, and screaming like a banshee.

"I am used to this, unlike you ." His coworker rolled his eyes, as he headed to the main square, making the tiger follow.

"Oh, spare me from the argument. What the hell is going on?" He asked, making the raven roll his eyes.

"The bastards who broke in, they took you and Q. Q, or well, Yumeno, is a…weapon, of sorts." The sentence made him bite the inside of his cheek. "They are a child. " He couldn't help but say, only to get a blank stare in turn.

"A child who has the entirety of Yokohama under a curse that will result in over a thousand of casualties."

Oh, holy fuck. He didn't realise the situation was as bad as it was.

"Yeah." The raven replied, as they walked through the chaos, two toned eyes analysing the situation and taking it in fully. "Q is a child that the previous boss tasked Dazai-san with. Extremely dangerous." His coworker coughed, making him bite down on his lip. Just who the hell is that kid? "Their ability made Dazai-san decide to lock them away in the max security facility." He carried on, making Atsushi raise his brow. Their ability seemed….to be something quite terrible.

"Granted, it was just a word for fancy jail back then, but…Now, they have their entertainment ." He growled, almost as if he were disappointed by the improved conditions the child had.

"They're being treated too nicely for the sadistic things they've done during the massacre, if you ask me." The raven glared at the ground, gripping his hand into a fist as they walked. "That's beside the point though, now, the same curse that made Dazai-san confine them is spreading to the entire city."

"How…how do we get rid of the curse?" The tiger gulped, as he watched the people around him more closely. They seemed to have lost their damn minds.

"Dazai-san is already working on that. We just need to hold out and stop as many deaths as we can." The raven coughed, swaying a bit.

"Okay…but, is Dazai-san really going to be okay alone?" He couldn't help but worry, eyesight still less than ideal, but most of the bigger injuries half healed and the spots in his vision gone.

"He's not alone. He has our executive with him. Besides, we wouldn't be of much help. If double black can't do it, nobody can." The raven shrugged, as they finally arrived at the scene. And boy , was the scene something. Most of the people at the main square seemed to be fighting.

Themselves, others, random cats , everything and anything that moved.

And it was a chilling sight to see.

As he watched on, he saw both the mafia members and the ADA both on the same side, protecting Yosano as she focused on her own ability, and as they approached, he kind of realized what it was.

A healing ability. Although, it didn't really work on his own injuries.

It did however save that man from dying as he fell to the ground, which made him gasp.

" Atsushi !" Tachihara suddenly screeched as he ran to the tiger and knocked him down, making him whimper in pain, his half healed dislocated shoulder popping out of place again.

Damn.

"Get off of him, you're gonna crush the poor boy." Kunikida of all people said as he picked the mafioso up by his collar and threw him away.

It wasn't before long that his eyes landed upon Kyouka, who surprisingly had her ability out, with no fear this time, using it to protect a random woman.

"Atsushi-kun." She said, as she walked closer to his side, making him bite down on his lip and hide the pain as he sat back up, taking a deep breath.

"Hey, Kyouka-chan." He smiled, as he ruffled the girl's hair, making her stare at the bloody mess that was his shirt in concern.

"You're wearing the hair pin?" She asked, as he stared up at him, making him blink, before realization hit.

He took the said pin off, one of the bunny ears broken, but the thing in tact nonetheless, by some miracle.

"It's very useful, so thank you." He smiled, as he put the thing back on and got up, wincing as he moved.

"Emotional reunion later. Get your ass over here and start helping." One of the ADA members growled, as he held back a guy who picked a whole car up and tried to throw it in the crowd, making him rush in to help, his injuries stinging and aching on his way there.

He hoped to fuck that Dazai and Chuuya were okay.
