The week flies by in an excited blur. Fred and I don't get the chance to hook up again, but the stolen glances and hidden notes are thrilling enough. I start compiling a stash of notes in the back of my underwear drawer. To anyone who would find them, they looked blank. But with our password, they revealed all the things he wanted to do to me. How did this boy go from so annoying to so sexy?
Every time he ran his hands through his hair during a meal at the great hall, I wished I was the one doing it. Whenever our hands brushed in potions, I remembered how they felt on my body. Fred Weasley is going to be the death of me.
It's Halloween morning and everyone is excited. There's also a running bet to see if Harry Potter gets into any shenanigans today. I remember the whole 'troll incident' from third year with that Hermione girl. The closest bathroom to the great hall was closed for a month after. If you had to pee, you had to walk.
I bundle up in my winter coat and head outside for Care of Magical Creatures. As November approached, the weather had quickly dropped. It is way to cold for hook ups by the lake now. I wish Hagrid would move the lessons inside. Maybe we could study some small creatures that don't cause any trouble.
Unfortunately that is never the case with Hagrid. After a long class period of wrangling the creature of the week, I'm covered in dirt and leaves. I'm in a bit o a mood when I arrive at Herbology. I take a seat by Celeste, still picking leaves out of my hair.
"Goodness, what happened to you?" She starts helping remove the leaves.
"Hagrid." I grumble, not wanting to go into it. Thankfully she accepts the explanation and moves on.
"Are you excited for tonight?" She brushes out my hair with her hands before starting to braid it.
"I guess. Mia hasn't stopped talking about it for days." I feel my shoulders relax as Celeste works down my hair.
"I'm sure it will be magical. It always is." She finishes off the braid, fastening it with a tie. "There, all better."
"Thanks." I run my hand down the braid, feeling more put together thanks to her.
"Do you want to study after lunch today?" She asks as she starts pulling out her stuff for class.
"Well..." I follow suit, hesitant to answer her question.
"Or are you hoping to 'bump' into someone else during that time?" She teases, reading me easily.
"Shut up." I grumble, burying my face in my textbook to hide my blush. I had been hoping to run into Fred during free period. The trouble is trying to find Fred without George.
Celeste just hums happily, enjoying my reaction.

After lunch, I head out of the great hall. I manage to catch Fred's eye as I go. I raise an eyebrow at him, hoping he understands I'm asking him to follow me. Judging by the way he chokes on his pumpkin juice, I'm pretty sure he understands.
I wander down the hall slowly, giving him time to catch up.
"Hazel!" I hear his footsteps as he jogs up to me.
"Fred." I give him a small smile. "You free?"
"For you? Absolutely." He takes my hand and starts pulling me through the castle.
"Where are we going?" I ask, gripping his hand tightly.
"My room."
"Oh." I don't know what to say to that. I've never been in the Gryffindor dorms before, much less in any of the boy's rooms. He gives the password to the woman in the portrait and leads me inside. I'm nervous that someone will see us together, but thankfully the common room is deserted.
